Description of the Hilton Head vacation condo rental

For those who appreciate the finer things in life, i.e. tranquility, beauty, privacy, and expansive golf and lagoon views.....it is Evian, beautifully designed in the popular French style. There is no prettier condominium complex in Shipyard Plantation, or HHI, for that matter.

Private and lighted tennis courts, a large swimming pool, a beautiful lake, perfect for fising and watching our favorite alligators sunning themselves on the banks.

Our second floor, single-level villa boasts a spectacularly long lagoon and golf view of the ninth hole of the Brigantine golf course, which is one of three at Shipyard Plantation. These views are available from our very sunny yet private deck.

We featue a spacious master bedroom suite with a king-size bed, 25 inch TV and large bathroom with tub. The second bedroom , which has its own private full bath/shower, can be furnished with either two twin beds or one king. There is also a TV in this bedroom also.

There is a bright, airy living room, with fireplace, ample seating with sleep sofa, a 25 inch TV, DVD, VCR, CD stereo. Dining room table comfortably seats six. Kitchen is fully equipped and has a table for four.

We also proudly feature the following:
1. four adult bicyles and bicyle racks for easy access, storage, and usage.
2. four tennis rackets and balls
3. two fishing poles and equipment
4. brand new Weber gill
5. Wireless, highspeed internet
6. free, within the continental US, telephone

Lastly, there is sun, sun, and more sun from our private upper patio deck, equipped with its own table and chairs, and new Weber grill. This patio is to die for, because of its privacy, sun, and views of "Wally the Alligator" just below you; and the laughs you will surely have from watching the motley styles of golf swings, which occur right in front of you. It's better than going to Disney World, or renting a video....particularly with a little wine and cheese.

We rented ourselves throughout Shipyard for over 12 years, including this very unit, which has included every other style of condo available at Evian, from upper levels, to lower flats, and to townhouses. And, guess what ..we bought this unit #269 this past October, that is how much we love this place!

It is bright, sunny, and features catedral and tray ceilings and lots of windows for the open and spacious feeling.

You cannot miss having a fabulous time anywhere in HHI..but this one is truly one of the top three in Evian. Try it, we know you and your family we love it also. Our motto is, "if we don't have it, we will get anything within
reason, order to make your vacation the best."

HHI is about an hour out of Savannah and two hours out of Charleston. It is in an area which features great fishin, sailing, boating, and nature appreciation.
