Welcome to the beach! Our beautiful villa in Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort is newly renovated! Just 200 yards from the beach. A brand new mattress has been added in 2007. This non-smoking villa has been completely remodeled with a 'Restoration Hardware/Classic' look. It sleeps up to 6 people, with a queen-size bed in the master bedroom, kids bunks in the hallway, and a sleeper sofa. The villa has new tile, cabinets, counter-tops, and furniture. The bathroom is beautifully renovated, complete with marble floor.

Area Description

Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort has so much to offer. The largest pool on the island & kiddie pool overlooks the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. There is a Boardwalk Beach & Grill and a Tiki Bar right off the beach, where you can have a drink and enjoy live music (in season). The resort includes 10 lighted tennis courts. There is a pro shop & staff on site that can provide private or group lessons. The resort also includes shuffleboard, newly renovated playground, on-site bike & roller blade rentals, a fishing pond, beach volleyball, and daily activities for children between Memorial Day and Labor Day.
