Description of the Hilton Head vacation condo rental

This comfortable villa is conveniently located on the first floor.

The unit sleeps six and features two cozy bedrooms and two tiled bathrooms. The master bedroom suite has a queen size bed, the second bedroom a full size bed and the living area has a queen size sleeper sofa.

The full kitchen, prepared for your cooking needs, opens onto a large living and dining area with seating to accommodate up to six guests.

In addition the sun porch provides a sunny location for breakfast and a sitting area to curl up with a book. The sun porch features views of beautiful old oaks and the tidy landscaping of the Spa on Port Royal Sound.

We provide unlimited phone and Internet (WiFi).

Area Information

Come stay at the tranquil Hilton Head get-away, the Spa on Port Royal Sound. This beach front complex on the sound side allows access to all of the beauty of Hilton Head without all the crowds.

The Spa complex features tennis courts, two outdoor pools, an indoor pool, a sauna, a jacuzzi, tot lot and beautiful grounds to stroll.

The favorite feature of the Spa, besides the beach, is the water front deck and pier.

The Spa is also located next to Fish Haul Creek Park, a bird sanctuary.

We are located near many well know golf courses like Port Royal Plantation's Barony and Planter's Row Golf Clubs, Hilton Head Plantation's The Country Club of HHI and Oyster Reef and Palmetto Hall's Arthur Hills and Robert Cupp Golf Courses.

Great value!

Spent one week in condo in March. For the price, it is an exceptional value. The description is accurate, owner easy to deal with. Tennis courts, pools and location on the lagoon make it an ideal location. Plenty of enjoyable walks and bike rides are available near the property. Condo is in an area that is not overly commercialized, which makes it idea if one is looking for a quieter location on HHI. We would definitely stay again.

First time on Hilton Head. Condo was super. Very clean and spacious. Living room was larger than most..Didn't want to leave. Will be staying here two weeks next time. The pools were great as we had a baby and toddler.The baby pool was just right and the no entry bigger pool was easy for the kids to get in/out and to sit in with the baby. Beach was only steps away over a short walk way. We were called to see if everything was ok and if we needed anything. We loved it!

We only spent 4 out of the 7 days but we had a great time . Unit was clean and very comfortable. Plenty of space and alot of extras. We were very close to the.beach just as owner said it would be . We would most definitely rent from her again.....
