There are two master suites with private baths. The downstairs master suite, with a view of, and private access to the pool, has a king sized bed with private bath while the second master suite is upstairs for extra privacy and has two queen size beds. Also downstairs are one bedroom with a queen size bed and one bedroom with twin beds.

The Living Room and Carolina room have a wooded view. Step out of the Carolina room or the living room onto the large deck overlooking the 17 by 30 free form pool and spa, which can be heated for an additional charge. The large private backyard is bordered by an empty wooded lot.

The great room, large fully equipped eat in kitchen and separate Carolina room create an atmosphere conducive to family and friendship. This home is ideal for large families, two foursomes or two families vacationing together.

The house is a short bike ride to Harbour Town, the Beach or to the Sea Pines Beach Club. This area of the Beach is for Sea Pines guest only and has a life guard on duty. Sea Pines Beach Club also has an Oceanfront bar, snack bar, restaurant serving dinners, restrooms, and activities for children during the summer months.
