Oceanfront views and sea breezes will make you fall in love with this stylish, family friendly beach home 21 Dune Lane is a beautifully decorated, newly redecorated home that provides plenty of space and tons of privacy, for the active family. This oceanfront home has amazing expansive views of North Forest Beach and it's own direct, private beach walkway. Bedding consists of 3K 1Q 2T and 2 Sleeper Sofas. No Swimming Pool
Featuring a large open living and renovated kitchen, you will love the views from the beautiful oceanfront dining room. Accessed from this dining area is a large screened-in patio, with hammock, patio set and rocking chairs, complimented by views of the expansive beach beyond.
The Upper Level Master bedrooms has a King-size bed and wide open views of the ocean. In addition, you can access the screened porch from the upstairs Master Bedroom and the Den/Guest room. You will find the screened in porch a great place for sunrise view coffee in the morning, and romantic nights watching the moonlight glimmer on the ocean. On the upper level is a second bedroom with a King bed and another bedroom with 2 Twin beds.
On the lower level you will find the remaining 2 bedrooms, comprised of 1 King and 1 Queen bed. Additionally, there is a second full kitchen/living area, with sleeper sofa. The large rec room has games, books, and a television, with floor pillows to lounge on. For convenience there is another washer and dryer.
It is surrounded by an ocean view deck and hot/cold outdoor shower. You won't miss not having a swimming pool, when you can take a stroll down your own private beach path for a dip in the ocean or a sunset walk on the beach.
