Looking for close proximity to the best section of Hilton Head’s 12-Mile Beach? This is it!. After a short walk on a private concrete pathway, you’ll find yoursel at a seemingly endless stretch of unimaginably wide beach.
A walk or bike ride in either direction will be uninterrupted for five miles.
Your bungalow is also close to all the best Hilton Head has to offer including tennis, three golf courses, horseback riding, fishing, nature trails, biking, and superb restaurants.
Set in a natural environment adjacent to the forest preserve, this free-standing home is a perfect alternative to an apartment-like villa where you share walls on both sides with the neighbors.
Area Information
The island has some 23 golf courses. In Sea Pines alone there are three, among them the famous Harbourtown Golf Links, home to the annual PGA Heritage Classic.
The "Low Country" of South Carolina iis known for an abundance of unusual wildlife and vegetation. You're sure to see something new on every bike ride or walk along the miles of trails within the forest preserve. It's adjacent to your bunglalow.
At the beach you can fish, or help the kids collect shells. Perhaps you might want to take up parasailing, sea kayaking, or jet skiing. Let's not forget impromptu fun like volley ball games on the beach, or a cook out at Lake Mary.
Eat in or out, Hilton Head as many great restaurants per capitas as New York City.

Perfect vacation spot.

This condo was adorably decorated, VERY CLEAN and well cared for. The community was quiet within an easy walk to the beach and Coligny Plaza. The owners were responsive and have stocked the condo well. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there, and my 2 little dogs were able to sit out on the back deck and watch the squirrels and birds. I highly recommend this location.

We had an awesome time staying here! The house is tucked away in a secluded area, but is still a short walk (on a paved path) to the beach. We would definitely consider staying again in the future.
