The beach is less than a 5 min walk away. We also have beach toys and beach chairs for your enjoyment. Or spend the afternoon by your completely private 16'x7' pool, with tiki bar! You can also take a ride on the many bike paths with the two bikes that come with the home.
Eating in' You can choose from a spacious eat in kitchen, large dining room or private back deck complete with dining table overlooking the pool!
Dining out Hilton Head has everything from fast food to 5 star restaurants! There is much to do here or stay in and watch videos on the big screen T.V. (cable with HBO).

The home we rented was perfect for my family of 8 while we attended my neices wedding. The newly remodeled bathrooms were great. The kitchen had everything we needed in it. I loved the furnishings and wanted to take them all home!! HAHA! The only problem we had was with the air conditioning. After i went out and bought 2 fans, one for the downstairs bedroom and one for the upstairs one that didn't have a ceiling fan, we realized the vents were not open. Once we opened them it seemed a little better but still not great. It wasn't a particularly hot weekend either. I wish we had a map of the Shipyard so we didn't waste time looking for the pool on the property. It was nice to see some menus left for local restaurants. We would love to go back and would stay in the same house. Being so close to the beach and right on the golf course was a dream come true.

Had a wonderful time. Weather was perfect and the house was in a great location. Plenty of room for 8 people. Pool is perfect for little ones since it is not too deep or big. Hope to return another time.

The location of the house is great! The beach is a short walk down the street, however the house needs some serious TLC. The first impression is great until you look at things more carefully like the tub in the master bath, the access panel in fallen in, the fireplace in living room is fallen in. All the wall paper in the entire house id peeling away from the wal. The biggest problem we had was that the A/C on the entire second floor did not work, after informing agent the only solution they could provide us with was to have (1) portable window unit placed in the Master bedroom upstairs, needless to say that my 76 year old father and my children who wer in the other bedrooms were extermely hot for the entire week we had rented the house for.

We did not stay at this location in Hilton Head. We did, however stay at 52 Crabline Crt. which was a four BR, four B house which was very nice and everything we needed.

The place was really nice. We did not have to pay to park to get to the ocean...it was just a 5 minute walk! The house had plenty of room with lots of nice amenities! Clean up was a breeze as well! Overall...we had a wonderful relaxing weekend!
