Surrounded by beautiful landscaping, the POOL* is very private and secluded...within steps to our NEW SPA**! This 'must see' home is absolutely charming and has decorator furniture, new bathrooms, and a 'one of a kind' master suite w/king sized bed and step down studio. Upstairs also includes a full kitchen, dining room, living room, screened porch and two more bedrooms (queen bed in one room and 2 twins beds in other room) with a shared bath. You and your guests will enjoy having breakfast on the large deck that overlooks the pool and has a wide ocean view.

Downstairs is another full kitchen w/eating area, living room, screened porch, two bedrooms (one queen and 2 twin beds) and a full bath. Another bath/laundry room opens out to an added room that we call the 'treehouse' which hosts 2 twin beds with tv and A/C... perfect for teenagers. Beside the pool is a large outside covered patio with picnic table, ping pong table...and steps to our new SPA**! Great for family get togethers or reunions! Downstairs is handicap accessible. Sleeping accommodations include: 1 King, 2 Queens, 6 Twins.

* POOL may be heated at additional charge of $200/week from March to November. The pool is heated with an electric heat pump. Pool will heat up to 20 degrees above the outside temperature of at least 50 degrees.
