Walk to famous Harbour Town and view the landscape from the lighthouse; walk to the community pool, tennis, basketball and playground; walk or bike to the beach, South Beach Marina or any of the three golf courses offered in Sea Pines. Or, hop in your car and drive 15 minutes to outlet shopping, 45 minutes to Historic Savannah, or just over 2 hours to Historic Charleston. The possibilities and fun are endless and, at night, you can unwind at your very quiet and secluded home away from home.

Area Description

Hilton Head Island boasts a temperate climate year round and is home to numerous gold courses, including the course in Sea Pine that hosts the PGA Heritage tournament every April, hundreds of tennis courts and many areas for fishing, biking, hiking and simply relaxing. Exit Sea Pines and all the conveniences you need to make your vacation complete, grocery store, video rental, restaurants, etc. are just minutes away.
