This home is in a great area of Hilton Head. It is in a completely residential neighborhood and very quiet. The beach is very close and literally 1 house away. Beach is also great because of the lack of crowds. Some great amenities including an outdoor shower and pool. The house also has a great layout and some of the bedrooms are split into different areas of the house which helps with some of the noise. Problems we had with the house was that rain water would puddle right outside of the door to the pool and you had to walk into sometimes 3-4 inches of water to get to the pool or outside. Upstairs bathroom also with mildew on the ceiling. There were lots of mosquitoes so be prepared with bug spray which helped somewhat.
