Outside, 22 Red Maple offers an absolutely stunning view of the lagoon teaming with wildlife and the 17th fairway of the recently renovated Heron Point golf course. The pool area also features a gas grill and new furniture and landscaping.

Inside, 22 Red Maple supports a large, fully equipped kitchen has corian counters, custom built cabinetry, an eat-in bar that seats four and a dinner table that seats six. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer.

The large luxurious living room has an operating fireplace. The adjourning first floor Den, serves as a fourth sleeping area. Enjoy a full service cable TV hookup, DVD player and a stereo and when ready for bedtime, convert the Den into a fourth sleeping area.

The front stairs lead to a second master bedroom, with a king bed, TV, DVD, overlooking pool/lagoon/golf, and a private bathroom with a separate shower and Jacuzzi tub. The third bedroom located upstairs has a king bed, TV, and DVD and a view of the lush maritime forest. The third bedroom also has a Queen Bed to serve as extra bedding. TV, DVD, and pool/lagoon/ golf view are also included. Both of these bedrooms have their own full bathroom.
