Description of the Hilton Head vacation townhouse rental
Part of the Palmetto Dunes Resort area 990 Inverness Village is a two-bedroom, two bath townhouse unit which also features a kitchen, laundry area, living room and dining room. Up to four people can sleep in the two bedrooms with a sleeper sofa providing space for an additional two people.
A small lagoon provides an excellent view from the front of our condo while the rear view includes the golf course and the eleven-mile lagoon which cuts through the middle of Palmetto Dunes.
Full kitchen with full size washer/dryer.

Area Description
Hilton Head is a beautiful semitropical island in the Atlantic intercostal waterway. Surrounded by salt marshes and 12 miles of wide sandy beaches, the local waters are teeming with a large variety of sea life including turtles, dolphins and star fish. The plush landscape is dotted with pine and palm trees in varying shades of green intertwined with Spanish moss-draped oaks.
Palmetto Dunes Resort has been voted the most popular resort area on Hilton Head Island several years in a row. A gated community Palmetto Dunes contains 3 golf courses, a tennis center, an 11 lagoon, restaurants and free entertainment at Shelter Cove.
