Description of the Hilton Head vacation villa rental
Our beautiful two bedroom Winter retirement home has magnificent views over the eleven-mile waterway which runs through Palmetto Dunes Resort and two fairways of its George Fazio golf course. You may walk and canoe along the waterway, seeing birds, catching fish - and golf balls! We are continually refurbishing our villa to make it an ideal spot for your vacation - and ours, as we live in it for up to six months a year. It is fully equipped and centrally air-conditioned.
Two pools and three tennis courts are just across a footbridge. Three golf courses, eight restaurants and a general store are within Palmetto Dunes Resort. We include four beach bikes for the pleasant half-mile ride to the broad Atlantic beaches. Dolphin-watch and other cruises are available in nearby Shelter Cove. A professional center for the performing and visual arts is also there, as are more restaurants and shopping. The historic cities of Beaufort, Savannah, and Charleston are pleasant drives away.
We have had many repeat visits from families who, like us, enjoy our villa and the climate and hospitality of the South. Let us share some of their comments with you:

The accommodation surpassed our expectations; you certainly have a beautiful home and we did our very best to see that it stayed thay way! We were
almost scared to walk on the carpets when we first saw the living area.

Both Ellen and i want you to know how much we enjoyed staying in your lovely villa. The view is absolutely incredible, and the villa is
beautifully furnished and appointed. I will recommend it to my friends. Everything was as you said: key in the lockbox, extra keys in
the linen closet, four bikes (although we didn't use them), etc. Also, your cleaner had the place spotless when we arrived. Thank you again

still exciting and has a lot of question marks, like "how much marketing is in this text" or "are these pictures real". What we found at your second
home exceeded by far our expectations and I hope you will have a lot of visitors in the future who treat your house nice while you are not there
personally. Golf, Pool, Tennis, Canoying, Biking and of course the Beach, it was a perfect family vacation.
Although there is still a lot to see for us in the US we will try to come back one day
