The location and view were tremendous but that is as far as it goes. The furniture was awful. The bed, couch, porch furniture and pillows were uncomfortable and in need of replacing. The porch was filthy with used matches visible and the tables there wer covered with cigarett ashes. So much for booking a place over the internet.

This unit was excellent and thank goodness the a/c was working great! We stayed during the heat wave when daily temps reached over 100 degrees! Fortunately, it was nice and cool inside with a great flat screen TV for movies and all our favorite shows. The pool was just a few steps away and the ocean just as close. We had a great time and would stay here again!

Was a bit smaller than I expected by the pictures, but was described perfectly accurate. The top bunk was a little difficult to get into for my kids, other than that, it was great. Fully stocked dishes for the kitchen, all appliances needed for the comforts of home. Was a great experience.

The condo is on the small side, but it is clean, quiet and right on the beach. The beach, right outside your door, is gorgeous! We stayed in the condo with our three boys and had a wonderful time. When we had a question we called the owner who responded to us in record time. The owners were very wonderful and we appreciated that. If you want a nice quiet condo right on the beach this is the place to stay!

We rented this unit in April of 2007. I wouldn't return on a dare! The appliances are decades old and are generally in disrepair. Anything not broken was dirty or missing parts. This is a dilapidated unit in need of a complete overhall before it is rented to humans. email me for pix.
