Gardens have beautiful oak trees towering over our buildings with 3 gas barbeques cooking and setting areas with swings and seats, flowers planted in abundance. This is a private park at the end of a road with few homes; 200 steps (6th row homes are worth millions of dollars) from the beach . This is not a parking lot with everything squeezed together. Ample parking areas allows you to open your car doors without the worry of smacking your neighbors car. We have unused acreage set aside for nature area.

Shipyard is a shared community with lakes and miles of bike paths to enjoy. There is a Shipyard's community beach with showers and convience rooms or our private access to beach with showers and bathrooms.

Condo is in a 800 acre gated community with miles of bike trails and small lakes for fishing. These areas are owned jointly with our condo, please enjoy using them (we pay $40,000 a year to help maintain jointly owned property). The bike trails lead to beach or to a nice 1950's shopping area for your groceries or dining. Hilton Head is set up for walking, biking, beach activities, fishing and tennis. There is a horse riding stable for riding (you can join a riding party that will lead you through Sea Pines plantation). One can shop until you drop if you want to endeaver (Sac's 5th avenue factory outlet).

A luxury hotel is the only commercial activity within the shipyard community and it offers fine dining and workout facilities. You may drop in for drinks and dining 5 star.

A private tennis club a 10 minute walk offers tennis lessons and is rated in the top 25 clubs in the country for teaching tennis.

There is a private community beach for socializing or a private entrance to the ocean for peace and quiet. You will walk 200 steps through a million dolar neighborhood to enter 12 miles of beach or take your bike (Ride on hard pack sand at low tide or high tide for 12 miles).
