It's perfect for romantic getaways, family vacations, or a gathering of friends. And with accommodations for up to 6 people, you will find our villa perfect for your getaway.
Our villa has a lot to offer. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a full private bath The guest bedroom has two twin beds and easy access to the second bath across the hall. All linens and towels are provided for your convenience. Our newly updated, full kitchen has a breakfast bar and all the cookware you'll need for your cooking and dining conveniences. The dining area has a new dining set that accommodates four. And the living room, equipped with a sofa/sleeper, has a private balcony that offers spectacular ocean views and breezes off of the Atlantic Ocean.
Other unit amenities include a new 32 in. HDTV with cable TV, WIFI, free local and long distance telephone service, iron and board, hair dryers in both baths, beach chairs, beach umbrella, DVD library and games.
Onsite resort amenities are plentiful! A meticulously groomed, private beach with cabana serving drinks, appetizers and great food await you after a short stroll down the NEW boardwalk. Swim in one of three pools; two outdoor and one indoor. If tennis is your game, choose from six lighted tennis courts. There are also two racquetball courts, an indoor whirlpool, sauna, exercise equipment, indoor jogging track, private sun deck, playground, pool table, game room, and an onsite convenience store and deli with WI-FI access. And for your convenience, our 3rd floor villa is only steps away from one of the complexes four elevators and staircases. The resort is a gated community patrolled by 24 hour security.

Is a very nice unite needs updating tv and new mattres in master bedroom screendoor needs to be fixed, Very close to ocean with nice view from deck and livingroom Pool was very nice and well maintained as was all the grounds

Worst stay in any condo in 30 years. Unit stripped down - no cleaners, no dish detergent, no reg frying pan, no cleaners, no hot water in all bathroom sinks, hard to find hot water in showers, a/c not working first day and then on and off. Not one hair dryer in 3 bathrooms. Pots were in terrible condition and utensils for kitchen missing. No extra linens or towels - just what was on bed, although there was an extra pillow but no case. Spent so much time and money on basics. Recommendation is to take almost any other condo but this one.

Stayed at this Sea Side villa for 3 nights in early November. Well appointed and nice distand view of the ocean from the generous sized balcony. Would definitely rent this again when we return to Hilton Head.

The resort overall is well kept and spacious. The rooms are small and outdated. We had difficulty getting in to the room as the door knob was extremely loose. The rules are very strict and everything shuts down at 11. We ran out of toilet paper & trash bags. They also failed to give us sheets for the pull out bed. The laundry facilities were located on our floor but it was $3.00 for 1 load and they locked you out if you left it in there after 11. The resort is centrally located with easy access to many parts of the island. We did not eat at the pool deli and grill. The walk to the beach on the boardwalk is 3/4 of a mile. The shuttle only runs on odd hours and stops at 8 pm. The beach was very nice, clean. There is no place to rent chairs, umbrellas if you need that. The kids did enjoy watching the baby alligator in the lagoon by our building.

Had a great time in HHI, condo was spacious enough to accomodate 2 adults and 3 children. The on site restaurant offered a better value then a lot of the dining choices on the island. We enjoyed walking the boardwalk, when high tide is in the water is very close to the walkway so you don't have to burn your feet on the sand. Overall we enjoyed the accomidations and convenient location. The on premises security also made a very secure stay. If it rains they have wonderful indoor facilities.

We greatlt enjoyed our stay over Easter! The unit was clean and convenient to all amenities. The best part was that all beach items were provided. The owner had just added some upgrades along with WiFi which was nice to have access to when needed. Our days were filled with the beach, Shelter Cove, Harbor Town and ended it with the Easter Egg Hunt at Salty Dog. We will be back!!!

Our family had a wonderful visit and could not have asked for a better place to stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the short walk to the beach and how 'kid-friendly' the complex was for our little one. We loved the pools and the view from the balcony. We also enjoyed an unforgettable sunrise walk on the beach one morning. We are already looking to plan a return trip.

While this is not the newest condo complex on Hilton Head, it is well maintatined and the unit was large enough for a family of five. We enjoyed the trip and LOVED the very private beach access from the resort. The included beach umbrella and chairs were a big hit, but bring your own beach towels - they are no longer provided. Easy access to shelter cove and south point areas with lots of shopping and dining.

This island off the South Carolina coast is beautiful and somewhat unspoiled with beautiful beaches, warm ocean water with waves, and lots of biking, hiking, golf and relaxing. The Hilton Head Resort was a nice resort with 3 pools, one indoor and 2 outdoor. The condo unit we rented was clean and moderately decorated. The resort is ocean-front, but you needed to cross a marsh via a nice boardwalk. We thoroughly enjoyed this vacation on Hilton Head Island. Thanks, Debbie

This is a very quiet and relaxing place to get away, and the ocean is very calm. Although there is a long walk down the boardwalk/pier just to get to the ocean. I wasn’t aware of just how far from the ocean we were. The condo was very bright and very nicely decorated. Hot tub was a great plus and all the pools were nice. Lots of stuff near but not close enough to walk. There were lots of bikers on the island. Everyone was very friendly, and the weather was perfect. There wasn’t too much for younger people to do.

After visiting Hilton Head for the last 5 years (mostly staying at Sea Pines) this was the most disappointing place we have rented. When we first walked in all the floor covering was ripped up at the entrance of all the condos. Construction was going on all day, saws, hammers, nail guns, etc. The smaller outdoor pool was dirty. Cooking utensils were limited, could not regulate a/c, and security had to be called at 2am to quiet down excessive noise outside the condos. Closet doors were removed and sitting in front of the closet when we arrived. We paid $750 for the 3rd week in April and now we see rent has been reduced to $595/wk one week later for the whole month of May? On the positive the condo was clean and nicely decorated. All staff were extremely nice and shuttle to the beach, though we did not use it, would be very nice for those who did not want to walk. Beach chairs/umbrellas were nice. If this had been my first trip to Hilton Head I would be hesitant to return.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was clean. We were disappointed that the main condo area where the indoor pool and the workout area, racquetball courts were all being worked on and not available for use the majority of the time we were there. The kitchen needs at least one casserole dish for a one pan meal or brownies.
