Our beautiful ocean view beach Condo has everything you need for the perfect Island vacation. Decorated in the soft colors of the beach our villa had a full kitchen with range, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and CD/Radio, all with gleaming white cabinets. The dining area seats four comfortably for a sunrise breakfast or quiet dinner. There is a comfortable queen-size bed in the master bedroom, a queen sofa sleeper in the living room, as well as two built-in bunk beds in the children ��s area. Children love the bunk beds and they offer a perfect retreat and privacy from the living room! There is a TV with VCR and DVD player in the living area and TV in the bedroom all hooked up to cable. Our villa has an abundant supply of towels, linens, soap, paper towels and bathroom tissue. WE HAVE TAKEN CARE OF EVERYTHING FOR YOU!
Our ocean view villa offers a fantastic view of the Atlantic Ocean where you can witness the most spectacular early morning sunrises and dolphins playing in the surf. Or take a few steps and you are on either the beautiful soft sands of the resort ��s beach and ocean, the largest oceanfront pool on Hilton Head Island complete with poolside restaurants, or ten free-play tennis courts.
The Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort is a "Gated" Resort, offering you both safety and privacy during your vacation in our villa. We loved being close to the pool and beach. Enough room for two adults. Enjoyed the sunny balcony. Kitchen was well stacked and bed was comfortable. Maybe a few more clothes hangers would be helpful. Great place.

this was my first family vacation to the Ocean and it was wonderful, me and my kids have some great memories, our second day there while swimming in the ocean about 500 ft away 2 dolphins began jumping out of the water down the ocean for a few minutes, it was AMAZING! The villa was nice and the view out our balcony was beautiful, it takes just a small minute walk to be at the beach from the villa, the beach is very clean, and very family oriented, there is so much to do in the area more things to count, plenty of resturants,stores, a mall,supermarkets including a super walmart just 10 minutes away, the complete kitchen really came in handy due to how expensive eating out can get, there is a laundry facility on each floor so be sure to bring plenty of quarters, and also be be prepared for your GPS to not take you to your exact destinations including the villa itself,,all and all my stay was wonderful,,I miss it already!!!!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. We were just a short walk from the beach. We had an open view of the ocean. We wanted to see the sun rise every morning and we did overall we were verry happpy with our trip !!!!! IT WAS FANTASTIC!!!!!

Beautiful villa with tons of space! The pool area was nice and very close to us.....literally a hop,skip and a jump from the front door. Everyone was friendly there and we wished we had booked it for two weeks rather than one. Wasn't very happy on our last morning there when house keeping decided to ring the doorbell and pound on the door at 7:55am to wake us up. We had a 10am check-out time and had everything packed and ready to go the night before so we could sleep in until 9am before our 10hr drive back home. Needless to say, we didn't get the rest we were hoping for. Overall, the villa was fantastic and we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Such An Amazing Value And Relaxing Spring Break. Hilton Head Island Is So Laid Back And Everyone Is So Friendly. Villa Was Awesome, Owner Was Very Helpful, Resort Was So Nice Had Everything We Needed. Very Close To Beach, Pool, Bike Rentals And Restaraunt On Site Playground Just A Short Walk From Our Villa In The Resort. Owner Had Beach Toys, Books, Games On Hand. We Loved It!!!!!

What a great vacation. The property was very clean inside and out during our stay. Renting bikes was easy and the staff was helpful. The boardwalk to the beach is very close, probably the best location on property. That helps when carrying everything needed to spend a full day at the beach. The shower coming back helped clean up before going back to the Villa. HHI is very clean and beautiful. My family loved the beach and large pool during the hottest time of the year. We made our own meals in the Villa and ate out some too. HHI has some great dining available. The Villa was just what we wanted; a convenient location to beach & pools. Thanks to the owner for having beach toys, boogie boards, and other little things to add to the stay. My family enjoyed HHI so much, can't wait to go back.

This Condo is an excellent place to stay in. Nice view to the ocean and pool with a beautiful palm tree hanging over the balcony. Condo has lot of linens, dishes.... My lil one never wanted to leave from the place. All the while he was playing with sand toys provided in the condo. Condo is very close to the beach that made our walks to beach very easy and riding the bike in the beach was Beautiful!!! We really enjoyed our stay. Thanks Karen!!!

Overall a Wonderful Vacation

Our villa was as described. We were pleasantly surprised by the beach chairs, sand toys, etc. that were already provided! Plenty of linens, dishes, etc. also, dish detergents, etc. WOW! Our only negative was the availablity of grills. There are indeed grills but they are sooo far away from the villas that using them was not even a possiblity! Other than that we had a wonderful time. Beach, pool area, etc. was great! Great value for your money!

This Villa was very nice. Loved the location to the beach and pool. We especially loved the food at the local sports bar. Their food was so affordable and delicious. We also liked seeing Lucy the alligator with her herim of turtles. LOL. We really thought that everyone there was so helpful when we had any questions. The family nights were so much fun. The kazoo was the funniest and we have not laughed that much in a long time. Our ribs hurt to laugh anymore. The weather was perfect and we really enjoyed the condo that we stayed in. It was great to have a close place to stay to everything and then pickup our son from the Marine Base at Parris Island, SC. Hoo Raw..... Thanks again

We really enjoyed our stay and the HH Beach and Tennis Club. The owner of the villa was quick to respond to our inquiry and other questions about the villa and HHI. There was a nice view of the pool and beach horizon. Clean rooms, comfortable bed and couch, plenty of towels, even beach toys. It was also nice having a bike rental on the property. Being so close to the beach made evening walks on the beach easy even after a long day of shopping. Overall a very enjoyable experience. Thanks!!

Very nice condo near beach with a palm tree hanging over the balcony. It's not brand new, but the furniture is great. Nice kitchen with planty of dishes and glassware. The only downside is 10$/day internet connection. Overall it's a great and affordable little place.
