Description of the Hilton Head vacation villa rental

A fully furnished 2 BDRM, 2.5 BA VILLA IN BEAUTIFUL HILTON HEAD SLAND, S.C.

Located in Shipyard Plantation.

Enjoy all the comforts and amenities of home in this cute two-bedroom, two-story cottage with golf course views overlooking a sparkling lagoon behind the gates of Shipyard Plantation. Nature lovers, sports enthusiasts, and those just wanting to relax will have great time in this wonderful townhouse. The private rear deck is an excellent place to enjoy a sunrise breakfast while enjoying the clean Island air.

Villa has a completely furnished kitchen, a dining room that seats 6, 2 master bedrooms upstairs, 2 full bathrooms (both newly renovated) 1/2 bath downstairs, sleeper sofa, rear deck overlooking the sparkling lagoon. Pool (including childs' pool and hot tub)on premises Cable TV w/VCR downstairs, cable tv in all rooms. Internet services. Downstairs laundry closet has washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board. New living room furniture delivered in May. 2008 and dining room set and stove only 6 months old!!!

Stereo, and front door parking. There is a sleeper sofa and half bath downstairs, Queen suite and King suite are upstairs with separate bathrooms. Bathtub with stream jets in Queen suite. Guests have access to a pool (childs' pool and hottub also), beach area, and beautiful scenic trails for in-line skating, walking, or bicycling. Walking distance to the beach (10 min) or 1-2 minute drive.

Just outside the plantation is the famous Coligny Plaza which contains over 70 shops, including 14 restaurants, Java Joe's Coffee Cafe, ice cream, and upscale miniature golf facilities.

GOLF: Shipyard Golf Club was rated as one of the finest layouts on the Senior PGA Tour. The 27-hole layout wanders through tall pines, magnolias and moss-draped oaks. Adding to the beauty and character of the course are many lagoons and ponds, which must be negotiated if you are to play to your handicap. Hardly a day passes without seeing an alligator or two on the banks of these winding lagoons!
