Description of the Hilton Head vacation villa rental

Our property is located in a wonderful, gated resort community with it's own private beach. The Resorts' private boardwalk will take you to our beautiful, uncrowded sandy beach on the Atlantic Ocean. Our beach cabana at the end of the boardwalk will serve you food and drinks right by the beach! If you prefer pools, we have 3 on property, including an indoor heated one. There is even a poolside restaurant for your convenience, adjacent to the main outdoor pool. Tennis anyone' There are 6 hard courts and no additional fees to use them. Other amenities include a hot tub, sauna, kiddie pool, indoor running track, and fitness equipment. Relax on your condos' balcony drinking your morning coffee and tea! We have provided a kitchen that has everything needed for you to prepare your favorite meals--you just bring the food! There are 2 televisions in the villa and a DVD player. You will enjoy Hilton Head and all is has to offer while staying in your own affordable paradise!

We are located mid-Island, just north of Palmetto Dunes, along Singleton Beach. We are near great shopping, dining, golf, and all that Hilton Head has to offer! You can walk to the sandy beach on beautiful Atlantic Ocean via the Resorts' private boardwalk. Bike trails begin at the front of our Resort and go all over the Island. There are three pools on property, including an indoor heated one. On property, you will also find 6 tennis courts (no additional fees), a hot tub, sauna, steam room, racquetball court, fitness equipment, indoor running track, and kiddie pool. Other amenities include a poolside restaurant/convenience store and a beach cabana at the end of the boardwalk that serves food and drinks right on the beach. Grocery stores, shopping and restaurants are nearby, as well as many golf courses and a miniature golf course!

Hot tub, sauna and grill are shared amenities. There are coin operated washers and dryers at the Resort, but not in the villas themselves. The ping pong and pool table are available at the Island Grill, located poolside. There may be a charge for using the pool table. There are two televisions in the villa that each have cable, including 7 HBO channels. High speed internet is available from the Island Grill for a fee and it is free at Coco's on the Beach (our beach cabana near the end of the boardwalk to the beach). There are also restaurants on the Island that offer free wi-fi. Also, the Resort will be putting in WiFi sometime in the future, but I am not sure what the timing of that is yet (feel free to ask for an update).

• Lodging Tax: 11%
   
• Deposits: A $250 deposit reserves the villa with the balance being due 30 days prior to arrival.
   
• Other Fees: Please note - Easter/Spring Break Weekly Rate is $525. Fourth of July Weekly Rate is $680. For all rentals, there is a $75 cleaning fee that includes linens, towels and starter supplies.
