Description of the Hilton Head vacation villa rental

Our property is located in a wonderful, gated resort community with it's own private beach. The Resorts' private boardwalk will take you to our beautiful, uncrowded sandy beach on the Atlantic Ocean. Our beach cabana at the end of the boardwalk will serve you food and drinks right by the beach! If you prefer pools, we have 3 on property, including an indoor heated one. There is even a poolside restaurant for your convenience, adjacent to the main outdoor pool. Tennis anyone? There are 6 hard courts and no additional fees to use them. Other amenities include a hot tub, sauna, kiddie pool, indoor running track, and fitness equipment. Relax on your condos' balcony drinking your morning coffee and tea! We have provided a kitchen that has everything needed for you to prepare your favorite meals--you just bring the food! There are 2 televisions in the villa and a DVD player. You will enjoy Hilton Head and all is has to offer while staying in your own affordable paradise!

Area Information

We are located mid-Island, just north of Palmetto Dunes, along Singleton Beach. We are near great shopping, dining, golf, and all that Hilton Head has to offer! You can walk to the sandy beach on beautiful Atlantic Ocean via the Resorts' private boardwalk. Bike trails begin at the front of our Resort and go all over the Island. There are three pools on property, including an indoor heated one. On property, you will also find 6 tennis courts (no additional fees), a hot tub, sauna, steam room, racquetball court, fitness equipment, indoor running track, and kiddie pool. Other amenities include a poolside restaurant/convenience store (open March-October) and a beach cabana at the end of the boardwalk that serves food and drinks right on the beach (open March-October). Grocery stores, shopping and restaurants are nearby, as well as many golf courses and a miniature golf course!

Other Vacation Rental Amenities

Hot tub, sauna and grill are shared amenities. There are coin operated washers and dryers at the Resort, but not in the villas themselves. The ping pong and pool table are available at the Island Grill, located poolside. There may be a charge for using the pool table. There are two televisions in the villa that each have cable. WiFi available in the villa for a small fee. High speed internet is available from the Island Grill for a fee and it is free at Coco's on the Beach (our beach cabana near the end of the boardwalk to the beach).

First visit to Hilton Head

We had a great time in Hilton Head--we had something to do every night. The beach is beautiful--it is quite a walk when carrying chairs and coolers in the 90 degree heat. The condo could use a little more updating ---but for the price I would stay there again. Everyone was friendly.

The island is amazing, friendly and very clean. So much for families to do and this was the main reason we went. This was also our first time. Our villa on the other hand wasn't quite what we expected. Space wise loved it. Enough room for our family. I found our villa to be more of something that a group of friends would rent to just have a place to crash after a night out of fun. It was a little outdated. The people that we rented from we very helpful and responded quickly to my e-mails. I WOULD DEFINATELY rent from them again just not the same unit!!!!

Because my son graduated from Parris Island on May 28, 2010, we needed a place that was close by and could also afford us a nice mini-vacation. This villa was perfect. Very comfortable with a beautiful view. All of the amenities were excellent and Tony and Nanatte were great to work with.

We had a great time. The villa was nice and clean, and the kitchen was stocked with every thing we needed. This is the second year in a row that we stayed there. We would diffinitly stay there again. Really enjoyed the pools and the hot tub.It was a nice little walk on the boardwalk to the beach, which was beautiful. I would diffinitly recommend it to anybody.

We had a nice vacation. The villa is clean and reasonably priced. The outdoor pools and the tennis courts are great. The beach is beautiful. We are planning on going back next summer. We have 3 girls and this resort was great if you have kids.We loved the private beach, great view and the kids loved looking at all the wildlife right beside the boardwalk.The shuttle service was great getting us and all our thinsg back and forth to the beach.I would highly recommend this place. Hilton Head is a nice relaxing excape.
