Description of the Hilton Head vacation villa rental

This gorgeous villa has been completely renovated (summer 2008)--it is perfectly appointed and has been decorated with an eye for design and an attention to detail. The villa is equipped with a cabled television (including 7 HBO channels) and a DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing and eating meals in.

We have a wonderful Resort property with lots of amenities, including 3 pools (one is an indoor heated one), beach access via private boardwalk, hot tub, sauna, kiddie pool, tennis courts (no additional fees), poolside restaurant/convenience store (open March-October), and a beach cabana at the end of the boardwalk that serves food and drinks right on the beach (open March-October)!

Our Resort is near grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, a movie theater, golf (Robert Trent Jones is right next door), miniature golf, arcade and a water park.

Hot tub, sauna and grill are shared amenities. There are coin operated washers and dryers at the Resort, but not in the villas themselves. The ping pong and pool table are available at the Island Grill, located poolside. There may be a charge for using the pool table. High speed internet is available from the common area of building 3. The Island Grill and Deli, located poolside, also offers high speed, as does Coco's on the Beach at the end of our boardwalk.

• Deposits: A $250 deposit reserves the villa with the balance being due 30 days prior to your arrival.
   
• Other Fees: There is an $85 cleaning fee that includes linens, towels and starter supplies. All pricing subject to change without notice.

Everything about this property is wonderful. It is crispy clean, bright and spacious. A true home away from home. The location is a stone's throw away from everything else on the island and the beach is a brisk walk on the boardwalk behind the villa. I will make it a point to recommend this property to others. While it is not directly on the beach, you have immediate access to the beach and quick access to the bridge if you are going site seeing off the island or over to Savannah during your stay. I will definitely stay again. Moe DeNiro
