Description of the Hilton Head vacation villa rental

This gorgeous villa has been completely renovated (summer 2008)--it is perfectly appointed and has been decorated with an eye for design and an attention to detail. The villa is equipped with two cabled televisions (including 7 HBO channels) and a DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing and eating meals in.

We have a wonderful Resort property with lots of amenities, including 3 pools (one is an indoor heated one), beach access via private boardwalk, hot tub, sauna, kiddie pool, tennis courts (no additional fees), poolside restaurant/convenience store (open March-October), and a beach cabana at the end of the boardwalk that serves food and drinks right on the beach (open March-October)!

Area Information

Our Resort is near grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, a movie theater, golf (Robert Trent Jones is right next door), miniature golf, arcade and a water park.

Other Vacation Rental Amenities

Hot tub, sauna and grill are shared amenities. There are coin operated washers and dryers at the Resort, but not in the villas themselves. The ping pong and pool table are available at the Island Grill, located poolside. There may be a charge for using the pool table. WiFi is available in the villa for a small fee. The Island Grill and Deli, located poolside, also offers high speed, as does Coco's on the Beach at the end of our boardwalk.

Our place was wonderful, roomy,clean and oh sooooo peaceful. The pool was just across the walk way and I could go there , sit and read forever. I walked to the beach a few times, yep walked, it was that close and a beautiful beach it was. Now if I wanted excitement all I had to do was drive a short distince to the heart of Hilton Head's main streets and there it was, shopping,golfing, eating and hanging out with friends! Yessiree, couldn't ask for more! We'll be back next year!!

The condo complex is very good, not luxurious but well suited for a 2-3 weeks vacation. Beginning of March was a little cool but this would be a great place to go starting in April, May, June and july must be perfect for families with young kids. The beach is a short walk on the boardwalk right behind the condo complex.

Great villa for the money. Indoor pool, hot tub, sauna & exercise room in same building as villa. Villa was clean and comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen, all you need is food (and don't forget your favorite spices) December is a great time to see HH (if you don't mind not being able to do outdoor watersports). 3 of the 6 days the weather was great (60-70 degrees) the other 3 we spent doing indoor activities like the "Sandbox" children's interactive museum & swimming in the indoor pool at the resort. I would definitely recommend this as a budget & family friendly vacation destination.

Fall Getaway

My wife and I decided to take a short vacation in early Fall. This was our first trip to HHead and we knew very little about the island. We found an ad on Vacation Home Rentals. The villa was just as described. Very clean and had enough room for the 4 of us to relax. Lots of things to do on premises and actually not far from dining, stores, and groceries. Would be happy to stay there again.

This condo is wonderful! It is clean and updated and it has nice furniture and a well appointed kitchen. My family and I loved that the indoor pool is in the same building as the condo. I would definitely recommend staying in this unit. We hope to stay in this condo the next time we vacation in Hilton Head!
