Description of the Hilton Head vacation villa rental

Our property is located in a wonderful, gated resort community with it's own private beach. The Resorts' private boardwalk will take you to our beautiful, uncrowded sandy beach on the Atlantic Ocean. Our beach cabana (open March-October) at the end of the boardwalk will serve you food and drinks right by the beach! If you prefer pools, we have 3 on property, including an indoor heated one. There is even a poolside restaurant for your convenience, adjacent to the main outdoor pool (open March-October). Tennis anyone? There are 6 hard courts and no additional fees to use them. Other amenities include a hot tub, sauna, kiddie pool, indoor running track, and fitness equipment. Relax on your condos' balcony drinking your morning coffee and tea! We have provided a kitchen that has everything needed for you to prepare your favorite meals--you just bring the food! There are 2 televisions in the villa and a DVD player. You will enjoy Hilton Head and all is has to offer while staying in your own affordable paradise!

Area Description

We are located mid-Island, just north of Palmetto Dunes, along Singleton Beach. We are near great shopping, dining, golf, and all that Hilton Head has to offer! You can walk to the sandy beach on beautiful Atlantic Ocean via the Resorts' private boardwalk. Bike trails begin at the front of our Resort and go all over the Island. There are three pools on property, including an indoor heated one. On property, you will also find 6 tennis courts (no additional fees), a hot tub, sauna, steam room, racquetball court, fitness equipment, indoor running track, and kiddie pool. Other amenities include a poolside restaurant/convenience store (open March-October) and a beach cabana at the end of the boardwalk that serves food and drinks right on the beach (open March-October). Grocery stores, shopping and restaurants are nearby, as well as many golf courses and a miniature golf course!

Hot tub, sauna and grill are shared amenities. There are coin operated washers and dryers at the Resort, but not in the villas themselves. The ping pong and pool table are available at the Island Grill, located poolside. There may be a charge for using the pool table. There are two televisions in the villa that each have cable, including 7 HBO channels. Free WiFi is available from the common area of Building 3. High speed internet is available from the Island Grill for a fee and it is free at Coco's on the Beach (our beach cabana near the end of the boardwalk to the beach).

Very well maintain resort, family oriented. The condo was clean and well equipped. The area is great for sports, shopping and dining. We really enjoyed the walk to the beach and the beach area. I would recommend the resort to everyone.

We had a good time and enjoyed the beach and all the activities(tennis, pools, weight room). The walk to the beach was a little far especially when you come back from the beach and the boardwalk was just really hot. The villa itself was ok.We had problems when we arrived there with a toilet blockage and after attempts to get it fixed we went and bought a plunger and fixed it ourselves. There also was not enough bedding when we arrived and we had to go and purchase that as well. They did bring some bedding the following afternoon and someone did come with a plunger.(too late though) To sleep 6 was a little tight and not a lot of room to move around.
