Description of the Hilton Head vacation villa rental

This gorgeous villa has been completely renovated (fall 2008)--it is perfectly appointed and has been decorated with an eye for design and an attention to detail. The villa is equipped with two cabled televisions (including 7 HBO channels) and a DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing and eating meals in.

We have a wonderful Resort property with lots of amenities, including 3 pools (one is an indoor heated one), beach access via private boardwalk, hot tub, sauna, kiddie pool, tennis courts (no additional fees), bike trails out in front that go all over the Island, poolside restaurant/convenience store (open March-October), and a beach cabana at the end of the boardwalk that serves food and drinks right on the beach (open March-October)!

Our Resort is near grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, a movie theater, golf (Robert Trent Jones is right next door), miniature golf, arcade and a water park.

Hot tub, sauna and grill are shared amenities. There are coin operated washers and dryers at the Resort, but not in the villas themselves. The ping pong and pool table are available at the Island Grill, located poolside. There may be a charge for using the pool table. High speed internet is available from the common area of building 3. The Island Grill and Deli, located poolside, also offers high speed, as does Coco's on the Beach at the end of our boardwalk.

• Deposits: A $250 deposit reserves the villa with the balance being due 30 days prior to your arrival.
   
• Other Fees: There is an $85 cleaning fee that includes linens, towels and starter supplies. For monthly rentals, additional fees are charged by the Resort. Please ask for details.

 Clean, nicely decorated, wonderful stay, May 6, 2009

We stayed for 4 days and really enjoyed ourselves. The condo is very clean, modern and stylish. The resort is in a great location and was very affordable. The only downside was the long walk to the beach, but fortunately there were golf cart shuttles available. The buildings were undergoing construction, so there was some extra traffic from that. We saw dolphins right out in front of the resort on the beach during our stay and the kids had a blast! I would definitely go back. It was a great value for the price.
