Description of the Hilton Head vacation villa rental

Completely remodelled in October 2007, designer furnished and shows like a model!
Spacious living room opens into dining area and outside deck which overlooks the pool.
This attractive complex offers an on-site pool and is within easy walking distance to the beach, entertainment and dining at the Crowne Plaza Resort, and the Shipyard Racquet Club.
This 2BR/2.5BA Townhouse offers all the comforts of home. Two bedrooms (1 King, 2 Twins) with private baths are located upstairs along with a closet containing the washer and dryer (a sleeper Sofa is available in the living area).
Beach access is next to the Crowne Plaza Resort, and a short walk to the Shipyard Racquet Club.
No Smoking, No Pets.

Hilton Head is known for its family friendly lifestyle, clean beaches, miles of cycle tracks and golf for the dads.

The shared pool is steps from the rear deck and the beach only a 5 minutes walk away.
The villa comes with full membership of the Van Der Meer Shipyard Racquet Club which is conveniently located next to this villa complex.

05/15/2005 We stayed her the 1st week of May. We had a great time. The unit was roomy and had everything we needed. I t was close to the beach and a pool right outside the back door (which unfortunately was cold). We rented bikes and traveled along the bike path. We would definitely come back.

07/17/2005 We Just retuned from a one week stay in this lovely condo located in Tennismaster. The condo was tastefully furnished and a great location for quick access to the beach and the pool. We rented 2 other condos as well, and this was without question the finest. we will definitely rent again. Rob Steele was quite easy to work with. Thank you.

08/15/2005 We just spent the 1st week of August baking in the sun at this beautiful resort. The Tennismaster unit was nicely decorated and clean. It accommodated our every need.
We rented bikes for the week and would recommend all do the same. The many paths throughout the Island can take you just about anywhere. We even biked to Shelter's Cove one morning and had breakfast at the Pirates Cove cafe while watching the boats leave from the marina.
The water at the ocean was extremely warm and the pool offered the perfect cooldown before calling it a day.
I'd recommend this unit to anyone.

04/23/2006 We stayed at the villa for a week at the beginning of April 06. Great place; lovely setting and we thoroughly enjoyed the April temperatures in the 70's. The villa is ideally located for the beach, it's well maintained and we rented bikes as Shipyard has trails throughout the plantation. We'll certainly be back!

05/16/2006 We spent the last two weeks of April at the Tennismaster condo and had a nice time. The location is perfect for families because of its proximity to the pool, however, it can also be noisy if you don't have kids. It is also within minutes of the beach which also has its advantages. The condo itself is nicely decorated and equipped. The location on island is great for accessing shopping and dining. We would recommend this condo to our friends.

06/19/2006 This is a great location. Easy access to the beach, great access to shopping, and restaurants. The pool is very close by and we never felt it was too noisy. There is a 10PM curfew on the pool so there wasn't any noise late at night, and having it close by was a big plus.

08/06/2006 Great place to stay for multiple activities or a relaxing time. I have stayed at 10-15 different rentals over the last 10 years and enjoyed this place as much as any. The unit is spacious, location to pool was great and you can walk to the beach in 10 minutes. We played tennis, enjoyed some evening golf, and walked to observe the various reptilian wildlife. Also, close to all the island's best activities.

04/16/2007 The 203 Tennis Master villa was lovely. The interior decor was updated and very fun and colorful. The villa as very clean and the kitchen was gorgeous. It was really nice to walk out on the back deck and be right at the pool.
