Description of the Hilton Head vacation villa rental
This two bedroom, two bath villa is conveniently located on the first floor in a very family friendly resort. This villa is located in building two which is the quiet building to "get away from it all". It is convenient to the outdoor and indoor pool and parking.
The den has a queen-size sleeper sofa making this villa six comfortably. Den has television and private balcony.
The kitchen is fully-equipped with dishes, pots, pans, toaster, coffeemaker, blender, microwave, dishwasher, and all other kitchen necessities.
The master bedroom has a ceiling fan, and a queen-size bed for your comfort. There is also another full bath with a walk in shower just outside the door.
The Island Grill and Deli is located poolside in building one and has an free wi-fi, a convenience store and bike rental. There is free WiFi in building three around the indoor pool also.
And last but not least our beautiful beach! There is a private boardwalk over a scenic saltwater marsh abundant with wildlife including herons and egrets. At the beach you will find Coco's the resort’s private cabana with food, drinks and restrooms. No roads to cross and just a five minute walk across the boardwalk or a short shuttle ride to one of the last private beaches on the island. Our private beach is one of the least crowded on the island.
This centrally located resort is a 24 hour gated community convenient to golf, bike paths, shopping, movie theaters, restaurants, and, of course, the beautiful beach. The resort is adjacent to the Robert Trent Jones Ocean Course at Palmetto Dunes.
There are picnic tables and grills, private sun deck, on site convenience store and deli, two outdoor pools, one indoor heated pool with kiddie pool, indoor hot tub and sauna, indoor jogging track, six lighted tennis courts, beach volleyball, coin operated laundry facilities on every other floor, elevators and free parking. Plus all of the amenities are free to guests making this the best vacation value on Hilton Head Island!

Great rate for the week. Easy beach access. The Villa had what we needed it was basic and spacious. We had a couple of issues which were taken care of within 30 mins. We had a a fun and relaxing vacation. Thank you!
