Description of the Hilton Head vacation villa rental

Come savor the breathtaking golf/lagoon views of the Fazio course signature hole from this spacious villa. Walk off the large deck to where four Fazio golf holes come together with a spectacular view of the lagoon. This three bedroom, three full-bath villa includes over 2000 square feet of vacation living space approximately a mile from the beach. The upgraded kitchen with Silestone counters, new all stainless Maytag appliances and eat in breakfast area is in addition to a full sit down dining area that seats eight. Flooring throughout entire villa has been replaced in Fall 2012(tile downstairs/Stainmaster Carpeting Upstairs).

Walk out the front door over the bridge to the gorgeous Inverness Village lagoon-side pool and clay tennis courts. Inverness is one of the only villages in Palmetto dunes with its own tennis courts.

When you aren’t soaking in the beach, golf, tennis and all that Palmetto Dunes has to offer, relax on the Villa’s large deck on the main level and master balcony views. Also, the villa offers extensive entertainment options with a 46” Flat Screen on the main level(100+ HD channels), 47" Flat Screen in the master and 32" in the other two bedrooms - all with streaming Blu-Ray players. Enjoy the DVD collection and the ability to stream the full Netflix Library as well as Pandora music. The villa also has a Nintendo Wii gaming system for your enjoyment. The villa has many books for your reading pleasure and board games for nights or heaven forbid - a rainy day.

The Villa can sleep up to ten and is inclusive of 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twins, each with a trundle, and a pull-out sofa on the main level. Each bedroom is paired with a full bath. This two story villa has everything you need for the ideal Hilton Head vacation.

Area Information

Inverness Village is located in the Palmetto Dunes Resort, which features three golf courses, scenic lagoons stocked with fish and accessible by canoe or kayak, on site restaurants, a general store, bicycle rentals and miles of beautiful beach.

The resort is conveniently located mid-island, directly across from the Arts center, Shelter Cove dining, shopping and recreation area and the mall. If you wish, The Dunes Buggy will transport you around Palmetto Dunes or to Shelter Cove, at no cost.
