Great vacation spot with villa right on the 14th fairway of the Championship Fazio Golf Course. Golf, ocean, beach, biking, free tennis... whatever your pleasure you can enjoy it at beautiful Palmetto Dunes on Hilton Head Island... and then come back to your very private comfortable home away from home at the end of each day to really relax before starting all over again the next day.

Deluxe accommodations decorated in an island d'''cor. Light, bright, and airy with wall to wall windows, a sunken living-dining room, a very private patio with a southern exposure looking out to the golf course and pond, and French doors from both the living room and bedroom to the patio... you will feel like you are in paradise! A recent guest wrote in our guest book: "We will definitely come again - it does compare to Hawaii." A five time repeat guest wrote: "We had another great vacation. Your villa has become the standard by which we measure all the other places we stay."

St. Andrews Common is located in Palmetto Dunes which is mid-island convenient to restaurants, shopping, golf, tennis, beach, & Shelter Cove Marina. The villa is right on the Fazio Golf Course right across from the ladies tee box of the 14th fairway - a par three over a pond.
