Description of the Hilton Head vacation villa rental

Our two bedroom, two bathroom Hilton Head villa is on one of the top floors and overlooks pristine salt water marshes and the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. When you step out onto our balcony you will experience some of the most amazing, breathtaking views you have ever seen.

Our condos have been recently updated and include many extras along with the standard features you are accustomed to. There is crown molding throughout, a stone countertop, Pergo floors, as well as many additional extras too numerous to mention here.

Email or call us--you will not regret it! We've been successful because we take care of our guests and give them an outstanding product for an affordable price. It's really that simple. We appreciate your business and will do everything in our power, including price matching, to earn it. That's our promise.

All of our amenities are just steps away from our condo door. If you want to swim, the pool is right out the door and the ocean is a boardwalk away. For a quick lunch or just to purchase suntan lotion, come visit our restaurant/convenience store, right next to the pool (open March - October). There is also a beach cabana at the end of the boardwalk to the beach which also serves food and drinks (open March-October).
If golfing or tennis is your thing our condo is right next door to a top rated Robert Trent Jones Golf Course and we have 6 lighted hard courts onsite. The bike paths are right in front with many miles of winding trails to explore. How about nature? The tidal river system, salt water marsh, and ocean are right outside the balcony.

We are minutes from fantastic dining and shopping. For the active, there are countless activities to do on the Island -- golfing, fishing, tennis, biking, swimming, and many other outdoor activities are available on site or very nearby. There are 3 pools on property, including one indoor heated pool that is great in case of rain. The beach is just a boardwalk away. Come and enjoy all that Hilton Head has to offer!

Hot tub, sauna and grill are shared amenities. There are coin operated washers and dryers at the Resort, but not in the villas themselves. The ping pong and pool table are available at the Island Grill, located poolside. There may be a charge for using the pool table. High speed internet is available from the common area of building 3. The Island Grill and Deli, located poolside, also offers high speed, as does Coco's on the Beach at the end of our boardwalk.

We had a great time and the weather was nice and comfortable. The unit was clean and well supplied with the kitchen items we needed. It had a great view of the sunrise and the complex is keep very neat and clean. The walk to the beach was a little longer than we thought but there is a shuttle. There was a breeze or wind every day that made the temperature feel a little colder than it was. Plenty of shopping and the golf courses were great. A little bit difficult finding your way around (for a fist time visit) the island with the businesses being set back from the road and blocked by the trees. The units had some repair and construction going on but it didn't really bother us that much. All in all we were very pleased with the area.

 

 Our stay at Hilton Head Resort, April 4, 2009

We stayed at the above resort for 6 weeks and enjoyed it very much. We were very pleased with the unit we stayed in. It was very clean and nicely appointed. I don't want to say we were surprised - we thought it would be nice - but it exceeded our expectations. We loved Hilton Head itself with its many shops and restaurants. We hope to be able to go again, but it's too soon to make plans. We have been lauding the resort and Hilton Head to our family and friends who, we hope, will consider renting a place near us if we decide to go again.  Beautiful View, Beautiful Weather!!, September 2, 2008

We just recently returned home from staying at this villa. It was clean and reasonably priced. The view was beautiful, we overlooked the saltwater marsh and then the Atlantic. The weather could not have been better sunny and hot all week. The pools were wonderful. The beach was the best so relaxing. Coco's the bar on the beach was great. You could sit at the bar with a drink and relax and take in the view,breathtaking. Needless to say we all had a wonderful time. I would highly recommend this property.

We had a great time in Hilton Head.We loved the beach. It was great for playing walking, riding bikes and relaxing. Having a umbrella set up everyday was perfect.Our teenage sons loved the pools and spent safe time on their own every day.The view from our place was super and we appreciated the extras like toliet paper and soap and paper towels as we flew so bringing all of that would be a pain.Walking on the boardwalk was a nice way to start and end our days.All of the folks that worked around the complex were very nice.We wish there had been a bit more sitting room so we could watch T.V. together and a table on the porch would be nice but other than that we were totally impressed by the villa,the complex,the pools and for sure the beach and water.We would come back in a flash and we have told many friends from Wisconsin that this is a place worth visiting.Thanks for everything and hopefully we will head East soon.  Great view for the money, May 26, 2008

We our a family of 4 that recently stayed at the oceanview villa...definitely worth the money. The view is wonderful..the balcony overlooks the lagoon and you have a wonderful view of the ocean...sunrise is beautiful. It was a clean and well supplied villa. My only suggestion would be a bistro set for the balcony...there are chairs..but a table would be great. Definitely would come back again... The deli, at the pool, is great for quick meals/drinks...Hilton Head is a beautiful place to visit.

 

 Great Vacation at an Incredible Price, May 6, 2008

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Hilton Head Resort. We took our 3 small children and the accomodations were perfect. Even when the weather did not cooperate for us to enjoy the beach, we were able to use the indoor pool. The boardwalk to the beach is gorgeous and we saw a variety of wildlife. There is a grocery store and restaurants right across the street. The beach is not crowded and is family-friendly. The owners were very responsive and we hope to return there again! Thanks for the great place.

I highly reccomend this villa and only have good things to say about it. My family stayed there from July 21-28 of 2007. It was a great kept unit on a nice resort. We had ages ranging from a 10 year old to two 18 year olds, a couple of twenty somethings and a forty something and we all had a blast. The view from the balcony was beautiful and happened to be screened in which was a nice bonus because not all units are screened. My only suggestions would be linens for the sofa bed, we had to take some off the other beds. Also a small table for the balcony would have been nice because we did enjoy a few breakfast and dinners out there. Lastly if you are traveling with a party of 6, only 8 bath towels were provided so you may want to bring a few from home. We most definately will stay here again and are already trying to plan another trip before the year is over.
