Description of the Holbox Island vacation villa rental

Casa Sol y Luna is a charming artist's retreat on the pristine island of Holbox , at the tip of the Yucatan Peninsula. Nestled amongst bougainvillas and swaying coconut palms, it is located only steps from the white powder sands and turquoise waters of the Caribbean , and a short walk from local shops and restaurants .

One master bedroom with king size bed on second floor mezzanine level , with ensuite oversized bathroom .
One guest bedroom with queen size bed on first floor , with ensuite bathroom .
Fully equipped open kitchen .
Roof top solarium & dip pool .
Washer and dryer .
Fresh linen and towels provided .

Mininum stay of 2 weeks .

May 1st to June 30 th and Sep 1st to Sep 30th : $1500 / wk
Whale Shark Season (July 1st to Aug 30 th) : $ 1800 / wk
Winter Season (Oct 1st to April 30th) : $ 1800 / wk
Holidays ( Christmas & Easter ) : $ 2000 / wk

Conditions : 50% deposit due upon reservation through Paypal or wire transfer , and remaining balance due 60 days prior to arrival .

We will be happy to organise your transportation from the Cancun airport to the island .

Holbox island is located about 2 hours north west of Cancun . A 90 minute drive through Mayan territory will take you to the port of Chiquila, where you will board a ferry or a small 'lancha ' and cross the lagoon to the island .
