Description of the Holiday vacation home rental

This is a beautiful large (almost 1700sq ft) 2 bedroom (split floorplan) 2 baths waterfront home. You will enjoy the beautiful lake and fishing right off our new dock. There are plenty of trophy size bass, gar, tilapia and some other fish. The interior has laminate floor in the bedrooms, family room, and living room and tile in dining room, hallway, eating area bathroom and kitchen. There is a masterbath in the masterbedroom. The property is located on an island surrounded by water. You will enjoy watching wildlife like different types of birds and sometime alligator. **INSIDE LAUNDRY ROOM**
Ammenities include: Basic cable, wireless internet service, full kitchen, all bedding and lines, towels. Gas BBQ grill. A paddle boat for your fun around the lake.

Area Information

It is centrally located and close to everything. It is located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. There are alot to do in and around the area. To the south of here is the world famous Tarpon Spring sponge dock, some of the world famous beaches in St. Pete and Clearwater. To the north is the live mermaid show, antiquing, menatee watching in Homosassa. Bush Barden, Disneyworld, and Seaworld are all about 30minutes to 2 hours away. There are alot of activities to do around here like fishing, boating, swimming, shopping mall and many more. You will never get bore around here.

Perfect Vacation Retreat

Spacious house in quiet neighborhood

This was a nice house to rent with great, friendly landlords. It was very spacious - loved the separate family room and living room. The kitchen was easy to work in with every small kitchen appliance you could imagine. The bedroom was comfortable with a nice king sized bed and the laundry room was very convenient. We loved the lake outside our back door and the paddle boat was fun. We are bicyclists and we loved the Pinella Trail just a few miles down the road. My husband actually rode his bike to St. Petersburg and back one day. Rt 19 is quite busy, but other than that, we enjoyed our stay here.
