Semi-secluded two-bedroom lakeside duplex with KING BEDS and two full baths. COMPLETE REMODEL SPRING 09”! Beautiful hardwood and ceramic tile floors throughout and decorated in country charm. Master bedroom has private bath and 19-inch TV with DVD. Second bedroom also has 19-inch TV and DVD/VCR. Living room has queen sleeper sofa, FIREPLACE, sliding glass doors to private deck, 37-INCH HDTV with DVD, and stereo. Large 10x20 deck with it's own personal 6-person hot tub that overlooks the peaceful serenity of the lake with The Island in the background and has an adjoining door to #3 for groups. Large yard with plenty of room for children to play. Surrounded by trees and open fields. Walk 100 yards down to the water and fish from the bank or launch a canoe. Stereo. VCR. DVD. Gas grill. NO SMOKING. From November 1st - April 30th, stay 2 nights and get the 3rd night free. Over the winter holidays, stay 3 nights and get the 4th night free. The rental we had was great! Since it was off season it was very quiet. Beautiful views and we saw deer every night. The duplex was well equipped and clean. We would stay there again.

The condo we rented from Val was awesome. It was clean, and had comfortable beds. Had everything we needed in the kitchen and we loved cooking on the deck. The property was very nice, comfortable, great location away from Eureka Springs (probably only 5 -6 miles) The hot tub was a big plus. The kitchen could use some shelfpaper and restocking on casserole dishes, etc. if you plan to do much cooking. Beds were very comfortable, nice decor. We used the walking path which was nice. Great view from the deck of the lake.

we stayed for two nights. The condo was clean and had a lakeview. We were on ground level which was nice. They have three pools. It was too chilly to swim but the kids swam twice regardless. The pool across from our condo was gorgeous. Hammocks in the trees, big beds to lay out on. Free wifi, a jacuzzi tub in the king suite. We had four adults and two kids and there was plenty of room for all of us. Plenty of kitchen amenities, on the first Morning of our stay, we had a courtesy call to see if we needed anything. I definitely recommend this place to everyone looking to get away.

One of our most memorable trips thus far. The cabin was everything advertised and much more. Classic log cabin style with breathtaking views. Everything needed for a great gateway was available even hot chocolate to boot. I have no problem rating the cabin and surrounding recreational activities a 10/10. We had the most relaxing, wonderful time here. We got married on 1/11/11 and decided we just needed a couple of nights away for a honeymoon. So we headed to this wonderful location thinking the hot tub would be relaxing and we would enjoy a nice day of shopping and touring Eureka Springs. This place was so cozy and peaceful that we never left! We cooked, grilled and watched the wildlife from our hot tub and just relaxed. Totally got away from the world! The place is clean and wonderful and we will go back again soon!

I took my mom for her first visit to Eureka Springs and while I would have loved to stay at a downtown hotel, it would have been too expensive for this trip. I found this wonderful condo online. It was a clean and comfortable place to be. Loved the hot tub and walking trail. I would definitely stay here again!

We spent two nights and had such a wonderful time we plan on coming back. The duplex was very clean and updated with all the amenities of home ++. It was a little chilly so the fireplace was a very romantic touch after enjoying the fabulous hot tub. Waking up to the beautiful view of the lake was awesome! We were enjoying Eureka so much which was only 8 minutes away that we didn't have a chance to use the bbq. I would highly recommend this as an affordable place to stay with all the comforts of home!!!

My Wife and I booked a week at Shadowridge #4 Holiday Island. We live North of Chicago, needless to say we were looking for a break in the weather. we didn't have the greatest weather but enjoyed our time there the condo was very nice and well located.
