Description of the Holland vacation condo rental

The charming 2 bedroom (max. 8 guest) and 3 bedroom (max. 10 guests) (The 2 BEDROOM SAVANNAH is SHOWN IN THIS LISTING ) the townhomes are newly constructed and are situated across the street from Lake Macatawa and within 1 mile of the BEACH /Holland State Park . The cottages are located right in the middle of Holland's unique lake shore activity. It's beautiful architecture is as pleasing on the inside as it is on the outside. A second story balcony provides wonderful views and a back patio allows for private outdoor grilling and dining. The luxurious third floor bathrooms include a large whirlpool tub with a wooded view. The 2 bedroom consist of 2 queen size beds and 2 queen sleeper sofas. The 3 bedroom include an additional bedroom with a double and twin bed,(or 2 twin beds) a fourth bathroom and a kitchenette/bar area on the first floor. The 2 and 3 bedroom suites both include 2 living room areas, a full kitchen.

A free weekly golf package for 4 is included with all 7 night stays. A golf membership is offered at a reduced rate for those guest staying less than 7 nights. Read on for just a few of our many amenities.

Area Description

There are plenty of activities nearby including boat and jet ski rentals, charter fishing, miles of bike paths and beach along the lakeshore, yacht clubs, boat launches, and the Holland State Park.
Restaurants,unique downtown shopping,outlet mall,Farmer's Market (Wednesday and Saturday) , movie cinemas, summer concerts and downtown street performers (Thursday evenings) and much more are all within a short drive.

Check Out: 10 a.m.
Required Stay: Friday to Friday
Lodging Tax: 6%
Deposits: $200 deposit. Total due 90 days prior to arrival.Payment in full at booking for nightly stays. Off-season check-in 3:00 and check-out 12:00 p.m.
Other Fees: cleaning fee when applicable. High chair ,pack -and -plays and cribs are available . Golf for 4 is included with weekly stays (280/per day value) golf cart fee is not included. A golf memebership may be purchased at a greatly reduced rate for stays less than one week.
