If your looking for a perfect romantic hideaway for two or a family vacation with the kids,The Beach House is your perfect location.The charming newly constructed 1, 2 and 3 bedroom upscale townhomes are located along the lakeshore, right in the middle of Holland's unique Lakeshore activity and conveniently located just minutes from the beautiful downtown Holland.The cottage style Beach House is situated beside Lake Macatawa and a short stroll from two Beaches; The Holland State Park Beach and Tunnel Park Beach. Spend the day at the pool,the beach, or both!

OPEN YEAR ROUND. The Beach House is not just a summer destination. Visit us in the Spring for Holland's famous Tulip Time Festival. Fall is a great time to enjoy a color tour, go hiking or apple picking. In the winter you can cross country ski, go sledding or marvel at Lake Michigan’s Icebergs. Downtown Holland is a great place to shop even in the winter, with heated sidewalks and an outdoor fireplace to help keep you warm.

The beautiful architecture is as pleasing on the inside as it is on the outside. A second story balcony provides wonderful views and a back patio allows for private outdoor grilling and dining. The luxurious third floor bathrooms include a large whirlpool tub with a wooded view. The 2 bedroom consist of 2 queen size beds and 2 queen sleeper sofas (coil/air mattress-looks and feels like a real bed). The 3 bedroom include an additional bedroom with a double and twin bunk, (or 2 twin beds) a fourth bathroom and an additional kitchenette/bar area on the first floor. The 2 and 3 bedroom suites both include 2 living areas, full kitchens and all the finest amenities.

In the winter enjoy snow shoeing, cross country skiing or just snuggling up by the fire with a good book.
Restaurants, unique downtown shopping, outlet mall, Farmer’s Market (Wednesday and Saturday), movie cinemas, free summer concerts , Hope College Theater, and downtown Street Performers (Thursday evenings) and much more are all within a short drive.

A Nice Place

We have traveled to some fantastic resorts around the world. Honestly, the Beach House ranked right up there. Specifically, the condo design and ameneties were great. The kitchen contained everything necessary to entertain and enjoy; you just have to bring the food. The pool, hot tube and community grill were exceptionally clean and well maintained. It was as if this place had just been built. The builder held a barbecue on evening and we met the team that built and run the place; what nice folks. They definitely take pride in making sure that your stay is perfect in every way possible. We left thinking, what more could we ask for?

Real quick ... I was cleaning out my emails and ran across this one to you. I wanted to take a minute to tell you that we had the most amazing time at the Beach House and we all plan on coming back. It was so beautiful and well organized and clean and well thought out and I could just go on and on and on. We ALL loved it so much and my friend Lynn who put the deposit down said she got it back right away. I can even tell you how awesome everything was. We highly recommend the Beach House for anybody and everybody from a couple to a group to a family. We can't wait to come back again and again and again. We just wanted to let you know that we really enjoyed our stay at the Beach House on Christmas. The floor plan of the Savannah was perfectly laid out for our family. The kids just loved the loft area. We really appreciated all of the little touches and thoughtful attention to detail - saran wrap in the kitchen, lip balm and make-up remover towelettes in the bathrooms, nightlights in the bedrooms. I was extremely impressed with all of the storage - closets everywhere, built in drawers and spaces, shelves, etc. It also was spotlessly clean. Though I'm sure it would be a great place to stay in the summer, we really enjoyed the peaceful calm we experienced during the holidays. We even saw deer out back in the woods. "We had a wonderful time at the Beach House in Holland! Our unit, the Savannah, was lovely -- it looked liked Pottery Barn had designed the perfect beach house! -- and had everything we could have need and more. It was immaculately designed and maintained. We took pictures of every room to show our friends!
We were vacationing with our two year old, so having a bedroom for everyone and a full kitchen made it possible to keep her on her regular eating/sleeping schedule -- which made for a much happier vacation for everyone. We all loved having the pool right outside our front door and the beach just minutes away. Access to the Legends golf course and pool was a wonderful bonus -- we had a wonderful time there as well -- they have two pools, one for smaller children, that weren't very crowded. Neither was the golf course which allowed for a very enjoyable round.
Everyone at the Beach House was very nice and accommodating. We rented a crib for our daughter for the week, and the Beach House staff worked with the rental company to make sure it was in place before we even arrived.
We would recommend the Beach House to anyone looking for a great family vacation!"

Frequently Asked Questions
Parking is limited to ONE (1) PARKING SPACES in the resort suite parking lot as well as the corresponding one-stall garage (one-bedroom does not have a garage).
Boats, personal watercraft, trailers, RV’s, etc. are not allowed to be stored in the parking lot at The Beach House. Please make other arrangements prior to your arrival. There are boat slips 1/4 mile from the Beach House.
If you cancel for any reason, all funds received at the time of cancellation are nonrefundable unless we are able to rebook the dates in which case monies paid will be refunded minus a 25% service charge for nightly rentals, or a $300 service charge for weekly rentals. Transfers are commonly treated the same as cancellations. Exceptions can be made and are subject to a $50 transfer fee.
No refunds will be given for inclement weather or for any other circumstances beyond the control of The Beach House. All funds received at the time of unexpected late arrival or early departure are nonrefundable.
