Exchange the everyday grind for this quiet haven nestled on Table Rock Lake. New owners are anxious to share their "Little Piece of Heaven" with fellow lake lovers. Their enthusiasm and love for the condo shows throughout with luxurious linens, comfortable beds, flat screen tvs, a warm and inviting dining area and fully adorned kitchen making even meal prep an enjoyable event.
Sit on the balcony and enjoy the lake 30 feet away featuring sunset views and occasional glimpses of the Branson Belle.
Condo complex offers its own pool and gas grill; lake access, boat ramp, courtesy docks and marina are a short walk away. This gated community also offers a clubhouse with a fitness room and tennis courts. Close to Hwy 76 "The Strip" but no traffic or noise hassles.

Area Information

Emerald Pointe is a gated community approximately 7 miles from famous 76 Strip featuring many Branson area attractions. The development offers a dry dock marina, courtesy day boat slips, a convenience store, tennis, fitness room, and pool... all steps away from the condo. Lake views are the highlight of the subdivision as well as views of Ozark Mountains. If you love the outdoors, you have found the right place.

Beautiful condo

We just returned from staying in this condo; a little trip for Mother's Day from my husband. It is very comfortable and beautifully decorated. The owners have thought of absolutely everything, right down to beach towels and magazines, not to mention quality linens and bedding. There is absolutely nothing you could possibly need or want in this condo that has not been provided. We have rented many condos, but none had as many extras provided as this one. Even the patio furniture is high-end. The view is indescribable. The owners left a bag of flour for us to bring home, with a warm note of welcome and explanation about the gift. Unfortunately, so as not to forget it, we tucked it in the refrigerator and forgot to pack it. If you rent this for a weekend stay, or even longer, you won't be disappointed, and the price is very fair. It is evident they love their home and want to share everything with their guests. Thank you, Susan and Greg, for the use of your lovely condo and thank you for the gracious gift of the flour, even if it didn't make it home with us. We will always remember your welcoming note and gracious gesture. God bless you and your family! May all your guests be as happy with the condo as my husband and I were! Thank you again for sharing your home with us!
