We are ten minutes from the 76 Strip and Branson Landing and only 1/4 mile from Table Rock Lake. There is a public boat launch under 1 mile away and State Park Marina is 5 minutes away

Fun with the whole family!

We stayed at the Sage Tree House in May of 2013. We were looking for a house that would be great for our family of 8, my elderly parents, and my mother in law. The room arrangements were great. We let the elderly parents have the main floor and our family took the upstairs. Having two master suites was a plus for us as my parents took the main floor one and we took the upstairs one. My mother in law had the main floor king room, my two boys took the upstairs queen, and our four girls took the upstairs room with 2 doubles. It was perfect! Beth, the owner, was great to work with and communication was fast. The house was just as pictured and the rooms were very nice sizes. The house was stocked with anything you could need - lots of towels, movies, games, beach towels, shampoos and toiletries. The kitchen was loaded with extras. There was even a spice rack. The laundry room was equipped with high efficiency machines and soaps. The closets were also stocked with other cleaning supplies if they were needed. When a light bulb went out in a room while we were there, we found a stash of extras ready to go. The grill out back was great too. We used it twice. Thanks Beth for setting up such a beautiful home to rent. You did a beautiful job with all the furniture and decorations as well as thinking about what a family would need even down to the details of what grocery store we could use and directions. Thanks again for a great stay!
