Description of the Hollister vacation home rental

After doing the vacation rental business for 5 years, I know what my guests want, and I am now building that perfect house!! It is a 7 bedroom, 6 bath home, with 3 master suites, and 3 separate living areas!! There will be a screened in deck plus a concrete patio with gas grill and table and chairs. The entertainment in this home will be perfect for a large group!! There will be a 3D 70" tv with an amazing surround sound system, plus theater seating!! There is also a wet bar area in the basement entertainment room with another full size refrigerator. It will have a pool table, pinball machine, and lots of extras. Our home is being built now and will be completed in April. We will be doing our first rentals in May. The home is over 4,000 square feet. The newest addition to Beth's Breakaways!

Area Information

Our home is in the Branson Canyon development. That is where all of our homes are located. Why do we stay in the same development, because we love where we are at!! It is the perfect location because it is "away from it all", so you can kick back and relax, yet close to all the fun, so you can get there in a hurry. We are ten minutes from the 76 Strip and Branson Landing, we are 1/4 mile from Table Rock Lake.

There is a zero entry community pool, a playground for the kids, a beautiful clubhouse with a pool table, granite countertop kitchen, game tables, and small excercise room. There are hiking trails in the development and it is a short stroll to the lake.
