Description of the Holly Lake Ranch vacation home rental

Vacation rental. If golfing is what you are looking for, or just relaxation, I have the perfect getaway. Quiet and cozy two bedroom, two bath, home in the Piney Woods of Holly Lake Ranch in East Texas on four heavily wooded lots. Very relaxing and quiet area, sit on either porch and watch the deer roam. Available for weekly or nightly rental, we have everything you need to get away from it all and rest.

The lake is 1.5 miles from the house where you can fish, swim or boat. There are two pools, an activity center with a lunch and dinner grill. The kids can play games, participate in arts and crafts, shoot pool, play miniature golf, play basketball, swim, or work on their archery skills. The New Clubhouse has a full restaurant and bar and big screen.

This gated community offers a championship 18 hole Golf Course, paddle boat rentals, bike rentals, and two tennis courts. nearby is Lake Hawkins and Lake Fork where pontoon or other boats are available.
Small restaurants and shops are nestled within the area. Tyler, Texas offers a historic day trip with shopping, museums, and restaurants available. A state park is located within 20 miles of the property where deer and other wildlife roam freely. Many ongoing activities keep this vacation spot bustling without the crowds.
Lots to do, or do nothing at all, it's the place to be. Come often.. relax...have fun!

• Check Out: 12 p.m.
   
• Required Stay: weekly rate is 5 nights
   
• Deposits: $100.00* cancellation/cleaning/damage Deposit is due to secure date and is refundable after inspection from cleaning company that shows no excessive cleaning or any damage to property. *Cancellation policy requires 72 hours notice for deposit to be returned. Payment in full is due 10 days before arrival. There is a two night minimum stay.
   
• Other Fees: $10.00 per day for use of all amenities. Golf and cost of water rental equipment is not included. Over 4 people will be an additional $10.00 per person. Limit 6 guests

If you want peace and tranquility, this is your home. It has everything you need and then some. Beautifully furnished with a Texas theme. Sit on the porch and see a parade of deer daily. Like nature? This is the place to be. Take nature walks, play golf, swim, tennis. If you want to eat out you have got to try A Taste of Italy located on Lake Hawkins, just 10-15 min. away. It's the real deal. We enjoyed so much our relaxing weekend at Holly Lake. My Mom owns land but not a home, so we enjoy renting property. Of all the homes we've rented so far, we love this one best. We stayed at this cabin for 5 days while my husband was home for r&r from Iraq and we loved it so much! We needed somewhere we could just hang out as a family but still have plenty to do. It had everything we needed and my kids loved the swimming and miniature golfing. There were even a few Disney movies for us to watch and just relax with each other. We especially enjoyed drinking coffee on the porch and watching all the deer. It was beautiful! Everyone we met was super nice. We will definitly be back again. This is a very, very nice home in a nice wooded area. Everything is there to help you settle in - dishes, washing machine, towels. I enjoyed the scenery of trees and deer. My small children enjoyed the pool and miniature golf. Everybody we met was friendly and helpful. Even with the hot temperatures, the home and surroundings are comfortable in all the shade. This is a vacation that does NOT require another vacation afterwards to recuperate. We'll definitely be returning!  more...
