This is a nice condo with a great location on the beach. Bed was comfortable and the rooms very large. The condo was missing the highchair but we made due with our stroller. We contacted the renter and they were able to provide one if we wanted though. Once we made a trip to the store to pick up some groceries we were set for a great week at the condo. The condo did not supply additional toilet paper other than the existing roll in each bathroom. I would have given it a 5 star review but there was a problem with refunding our damage deposit. It is supposed to be refunded within 5 days. It took 11 days. Nancy and Julian made this trip as smooth as a hotel stay. I would recommend their rental.

Pictures accurate. Condo had all that we needed, clean, comfortable, etc. lots of security at the Tides Residences, needed a key for everything. Laundry & internet not ensuite. My family & I enjoyed our stay, We had family memebers in condos in both buildings :( Condo Location was great also. Took the trolly to the broadwalk, walked to walmart & other shopping. Recommend for families, one bedroom well off the living areas -very quiet.

We loved the condo. We had the loveliest view of the ocean from the balcony. The beach was beautiful and the pool was great too. Shopping was very close by and the condo is convenient to everything. Would not hesitate to stay again. Everything was provided for the beach (chairs, umbrella, etc.) and the condo was roomy and very well equipped with everything you could want. Wireless internet too!

I rented this condo from your web site for 2/20 thru 2/26 and was told I would have a penthouse unit overlooking the ocean. Two days before leaving for florida I received an e-mail saying I would be on the 10th floor and I was overlooking the parking lot. I did NOT receive a refund of any kind and NEVER did I see Nancy Mirabal who I did business with. I did all my contacting thru this woman who cleaned the unit. I am EXTREMELY disappointed with this transaction and probably would not go back to your web site again and would say the same to anyone who asked about it. My vacation was disappointing.

We had an awesome experience at this property. It was advestised well and was as advertised. We needed nothing well equipped nice location very quiet and clean. A nice place for families, as well as couples. Nancy and her staff were great to work with, will come back nexy year!!

I like the codo, very well located, near the beach with a nice pool. Condo was very clean and we loeve the poeple we rent from. Nothing negative to say and I will rent it again if I have am going back to Hallandale Florida

We had a great vacation at Hollywood Beach and would recommend staying at this condo. The condo is conveniently located right on the beach, nice pool, building/unit very well maintained, short driving distance to many restuarants and less than 1/2 hour drive to both Ft Lauderdale and South Beach/Miami. We really enjoyed the beach/ocean right outside our door step. The water was crystal clear with a clean/soft sandy ocean floor. Could swim out about 200 yards and still be at standing level. Beaches well lifeguarded.

The furnishings are very basic - it's clear that this is a rental only. Nice big kitchen table for the family. Small couch in the living room -- seating for 3 only. The kitchen is not very furnished but has the basics. The twin beds were fine; the queen bed mattress needs to be replaced - you can feel the springs! The beach is very nice as is the pool and fitness center in the building! There is laundry down the hall which was nice. The unit needs to be thoroughly cleaned and carpet cleaned. Nice area; grocery store 1 mile away. We didn't sign a contract and that would have been nice to have one. Furnished w/ beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella.

Convenient location. Clean with washer & dryer in unit. Pool & amenities very enjoyable. Fitness center good. Well maintained ground & very secure. Internet not accessible in room; however has 24 hr business center. Linens in unit need replacing(towels,sheets & bed linens),but adequate. Valet parking an extra $4 per day, fair but not mentioned in info.

This condo is very well located on the beach, close to the airport and shopping. The condo is well stocked with everything you need. We had a great time there...highly recommended !
