Both fabulous Ocean and Intercoastal view from living room, dining room and kitchen. Large eat in kitchen. Bar area. Both bathrooms with seating for putting on make up.

24 hours security. Parking garage space included. Condo has 2 tennis courts, shuffle board, putting practice green, and 2 pools- one with Ocean view and one with Intercoastal view with a restaurant/ snack bar.

Very close to Fort Lauderdale/ Hollywood airport, and close to both Miami and Fort Lauderdale. It is located at the beginning of the boardwalk, so nice and peaceful yet walk to many restaurants, shops, and entertainment on the boardwalk. A senior center is next door as well with activities scheduled.

One Year lease. $2000 per month.
