There’s a queen bed in the master bedroom, (also two queen size futtons sleepers in the living room and two folded bed. )
Assigned parking is included. Only 1 block to brand new City parking garage for additional guest parking,

ABOUT THE HOLLYWOOD BEACH BROADWALK

Named one of America’s top ten nostalgic promenades by USA Today and the Chicago Tribune Gold Award for Best Beaches, the pedestrian Hollywood Beach Broadwalk has undergone a complete renovation.

Built in the 1920s, the oceanfront Broadwalk offers over two miles of car-free enjoyment. Walkers, runners, bicyclists and rollerbladers set their own pace on this path, which is bordered by six miles of Hollywood’s famous coastline, boutique hotels, charming shops, and cafés and places to eat facing the ocean. The beach area and Broadwalk also offer free wi-fi access. Hire a bike on the Broadwalk and follow the gorgeous new path. Then, continue into the West Lake Nature Preserve to reconnect with nature and discover what early Florida looked like.

The beach offers its own entertainment, including paddle ball, volleyball, group yoga and Tai Chi classes. Several golf courses and tennis courts are also within easy reach. At night, a full season of cultural events takes centre stage.

Still, the most popular pastime on the beach is simply savouring the charming character of this truly unique setting. Comfortable sun beds and cabanas are available for rent, so reserve a day for relaxing to the sound of soothing waves. The fresh ocean air will carry you into a state of pure bliss. Hollywood is also a haven for ecotourism. From canoe trips through pristine West Lake Park, a 1,500-acre nature preserve, to extreme watersports, Hollywood has something to assure everyone has a great vacation!

If you are looking for a charming place that is clean and directly on the famous Hollywood Beach look no further. The owner goes out of her way to make every wish come true. The view is to die for. You are 5 steps from the beach. OMG I wish I could have stayed forever.

Location,location,location what a view,condo had everything we needed ,can walk to get anything you need ,restaurants and bar easy walk distance,very clean condo,very clean and well up kept boardwalk and beach,great for running,walking or bike riding condo only 30ft from the beach

Great condo to relax

Very nice, clean unit with new appliances. Great view from 6th floor. Good security. Great owners to deal with. It is right on the Boardwalk. It was a very relaxing R&R, I even worked using provided internet to WA server. It is our second consecutive year to the same building but on a different floor. We hope next year this unit is available; if not available, maybe we will change our trip dates to coincide with availability of this unit.
