Description of the Hollywood Beach vacation condo rental

Right on the beach and 2-mile Boardwalk, spacious updated non-smoking studio at the Hollywood Beach resort with a new queen bed, high ceiling, fully equipped kitchenette, free wireless Internet, new 32" LCD TV with basic cable, and 24-hour security.

Very comfortable for a couple: over the past 2 years we had a pleasure of accommodating our guests from the United States, Canada, Argentina, Brazil, Germany, Sweden, France and Costa Rica.

Renovated bathroom. Custom tile floor. Bedding and towels provided. Appliances include microwave, fridge, and gas range.

Located on the second floor with easy walk out to the lobby, pool, bar, beach and boardwalk.

Large oceanfront pool with whirlpool, separate pool for kids, restaurants, oceanfront pub, organic market on Sundays (please check the link below).

Check out the oceanfront pub 101 at the resort or walk on the boardwalk to the sushi restaurant on your right. If you walk to your left, while facing the ocean, you will find organic brewery, seafood restaurant, great pizza place, authentic Mexican food, ice cream and frozen yogurt shops, and other cafes and restaurants.

We had a wonderful vacation! Your condo was perfect, very nice, very neat, everything we needed was there, the bathroom was wonderful. We have been at the Hollywood beach resort many times (8 to 10 times) and in all the units we have stayed, it's your studio we prefer. The kitchen is very well equipped, but we did not do any cooking, just toast in the morning (VACATION!).
We liked the second floor very much, it was quiet and they arranged a nice place with sofas, TV, and table.

The Hollywood Beach Resort is an Art Deco Style Oceanfront Hotel located right on family-friendly Hollywood Beach, and the renovated 2-mile traffic-free boardwalk with shops and restaurants. Great for walking, biking or rollerblading.

The Hollywood Beach Resort is located 15 minutes from the Ft. Lauderdale airport, 15 minute drive to Port Everglades Cruise Port, and is only 30 minutes from the famous Art Deco District in Miami`s South Beach.

Great location on the beach and broad walk

If you do not wan to spend a lot of money for the Florida's indoor,this is the great choice.Clean,safe with all basic amenities.20 min to the South beach,15 min to the Fort Lauderdale.You don't even need to rent car,you can commute on water taxi,or trolley.Bike rentals located in the building.Nothing fancy,but very good choice for the price.

Affordable and Flexible

Great place if you're looking for an affordable, simple, and complete stay by the beach in Hollywood. Gene was very easy to deal with, prompt in his responses, and flexible. The only thing that was disappointing was the beach became covered in seaweed the last few days of our stay, basically to the point where it was not pleasant to swim in. Not that this has anything to do with the accommodations, but yeah :-)

Just had a wonderful stay at this condo. Beautiful ocean location and a very nice, clean, and comfortable room. The owners were very nice and kept in excellent communication throughout our stay. me and my girlfriend loved it here! The location is perfect! Right on the beach with tons of restaurants and bars around it... The condo itself is awesome. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay!
