Description of the Hollywood Beach vacation condo rental

Beautiful oceanfront studio, located at the Hollywood Beach Resort. It is fully furnished, full size bed, cable TV, access to high-speed wireless Internet, kitchen with appliances (stove, oven, big fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, dishes, etc). It also includes dining table, laundry room, gym, big swimming pool. The unit can accommodate up to three people.

Area Information

There is a 1.5 mile beach front boardwalk. South Beach is 30 minutes away and 5 minutes away from Ft. Lauderdale Airport. Nearby attractions include: Hardrock Cafe Indian Casino, Hollywood Dog Track, Gulfstream Horse Racing, Adventure Sports, Beach, Fishing, Biking, Cinema, Night Club, Restaurants, Shopping, Sailing. Another year, even better

The pool has been upgraded with a light brown painting around the deck perimeter, complementary to the bricking of The Broadwalk. The elegant cascade on the inland side of the pool has been completed. I should mention the proximity to Port Everglades, from where we embarked on a cruise prior to our stay at Hollywood Resort. Our stay coincided with Canadian Week and there was an abundance of booths and music on The Broadwalk.

Good place to relax in the sun for a good price

This is not a flash building but the condo is clean and tidy with everything you need to just relax and sit on the beach. We booked it for a weeks holiday and we enjoyed the fact that it was right on the beach and we were paying $50 a night. Nice owner too.

Hollywood Beach Condo Rental

October 5, 2012

My husband and I rented the condo the last week of September 2012. The condo was decorated nicely with wicker furnishings. Giovanna was pleasurable to make arrangements with. The weather was still a bit muggy and hot for us Pennsylvania s; but we had a nice, relaxing time. We rented a car for one day only and drove to Miami. Whatever you need is within walking distance; or you can take the trolley bus to various locations. We enjoyed the Water Taxi; taking the Hollywood water taxi, transferring to the Fort Lauderdale water taxi.

The view included jewel-like cruise ships after dark. The Broadwalk is grat for walking and jogging. There is a great bakery within walking distance. A $1 trolley runs to Hollywood 5 days per week. One of the stops is Publix, so you can stroll the upscale shops and grab groceries on the way back. There is a caribbean type club with music 2 blocks away. There is a library near the south end of the Broadwalk with internet (first come, first serve.) A water taxi on the Intracoastal is near the bakery. These are tips written to supplement the excellent review from my fellow writer.

Best Holiday ever

April 3, 2012

We were met on arrival the owner Mariela and her husband on arrival as they wanted to make sure everything was in good order for us .We stayed 2 great months. The studio room was clean and had everything that was promised . The view from the room was wonderful, the beach the boardwalk the ocean ,I could watch the sun rise . The bed very comfortable , The pool area had very nice staff , polite and very friendly.. The beach accross the hotel has a life guard station so for families an added bonus.. The elevators are new and fast ,we never had to wait . There is very good security in the building . Everyone needs a card to access the elevators . We are coming back next years . The room ,the location ,everything exceeded expectation . Arlene and Steve
