Luxury home, just steps to the beach, sleeps 5-7

Located just 200 feet from the sand, this beautifully renovated luxury home has every amenity you could want for your beach retreat. There are beach chairs, a surf board, kick boards, paddle ball, and umbrellas which you can use to enjoy your time on the beach.

The house features an open gourmet kitchen and breakfast bar equipped Henkles knives, All Clad cook ware and stainless steel appliances. Kitchen contains plenty of dishes and serving items, a Kitchen Aid mixer, toaster oven, coffee maker, blender and much more.

The living room features a large comfortable sofa great for conversation or relaxing in front of the television.The dining room easily accommodates 8, and can fit up to 12. There is a guest toilet adjacent to the dining room.

There is a small seating area out front, perfect for catching the morning breeze. The lush gardened back patio has a table for al fresco dining, as well as an extra seating area. There is a charcoal Webber grill. There are usually seasonal fresh herbs planted in the back, and a great citrus tree who's fruits you can enjoy if you are visiting at the right time of year.

Upstairs you will find a master bedroom with bathroom en suite and large walk in closet. The bedroom has a king bed, soft sheets and sumptuous pillows. The bathroom features 2 sinks, and has a door separating the glass enclosed shower and the toilet area from the sinks, allowing 2 people to get ready at the same time comfortably. Bathroom has decorator touches including coordinating bath accessories, memory foam bath mat, and fluffy towels.

There is a second bedroom featuring a double bed and a lofted twin bed. (There are toys discretely stored in cupboards beneath the loft bed, if you come with children, they are welcome to play with them.) There is an adjoining bathroom with bathtub/ shower and separate sink area.

Upstairs you will also find an extra-large capacity steam washer and dryer, hidden from view behind bi-fold doors.

While you will probably spend most of your time on the beach or boardwalk, there is wi-fi and cable in the house, as well as a Blu-Ray/ DVD player, and Pandora streaming music.

There is a dedicated parking space directly in front of the home, as well as several shared guest spaces. Pets are welcome with additional deposit.

House is available for longer term rental and rate is negotiable for extended periods of time. Specials for 2 month+ rental

The house easily sleeps 5 in beds. 7 to 8 are accommodated if sleeping on the downstairs sofa or using the air mattress. (Please advise in advance if the air mattress will be needed.)

Tourists from around the world flock to the famous Hollywood Beach Boardwalk to enjoy five miles of pristine beaches, sun and surf. It is the ideal location for biking, walking, roller blading and people-watching. Featuring Florida's hottest attractions and nightlife, the Hollywood Beach Boardwalk offers a plethora of inexpensive restaurants, bars and cafes. Tourists and locals alike enjoy beach theater, such as the Music Under the The Stars concert series Monday nights. The perfect place for a fun-filled vacation, the Boardwalk has something for everyone.

The Johnson Street Bandshell is just a short walk away, and the Hollywood Arts Park is just over the bridge in Downtown Hollywood, another area featuring restaurants, bars and nightlife.

Just over 5 miles south, you will find Aventura Mall (a world famous shopping destination) as well as a Whole Foods natural food market.

Fort Lauderdale airport is a 15 minute drive, and Miami airport is a 30 minute drive.

If you are planning to stay for more than a week, or simply like a higher level of service, housekeeping services (including laundry) can be arranged.

The home is located at almost the beginning of Hollywood Boardwalk, which stretches along the ocean for 2.5 miles. There are cruising bikes available for rent along the boardwalk at Broward B-Cycle automated kiosks. Additionally it is a common path for running or walking.

You have playgrounds both North and South of the home, just over 5 blocks away.

Just in front of the street leading to the beach there are fresh water showers, and the lifeguard stand is very close, allowing for more relaxation if you are traveling with children. At low tide the sand bar stretches out far into the ocean allowing even non-swimmers to safely splash in the water.

Babysitters can be arranged upon request and with anticipation.
