This appartment was perfect. Very clean , comfortable beds and lots of space. The location could not have been better. Rodney greeted on arrival . Many thanks also for the wine and cinema tickets. We will definately return. Kath Cole and family.

Awesome Location!! nice place.... pull out is not overly comfortable for two people, can fit but there is a dip in the middle. Other then that it was AWESOME!

First of all the vacation rental was very easy to find. It's just a few minutes drive once you exit the Hollywood Freeway.
It's in a perfect centralized location yet you're on a peaceful and safe street. Hollywood Blvd and Sunset were very close, so it was easy to see all the sights. There was plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, cafes, clubs, bars ect. all within walking distance or driving distance, depending on what works best for you. At night you could sit out on the porch, watching all the busy nightlife and listening to the sounds while keeping a distance or you could go and join. For me just the view from the porch was spectacular.
The rental itself was just like the pictures. Some of the furniture has been changed around, but otherwise it was like walking into the pictures. It was very clean and comfortable. Perfect size for our small group of two. The kitchen had all the essentials we needed to have meals in and save money. We didn't use the laundry facility but I'm sure that was very nice as well.
We felt very safe there at night, the place stayed very cool. It really felt like a home away from home and was the icing on the cake for this trip. You get so much for your money staying at a place like this over a hotel and believe me when I say it will add a whole new level of excellence to your trip.
Sadly we didn't get to meet the owner but from our conversations via email she sounded incredibly sweet and was very helpful. I would definitely recommend this place and I wouldn't be surprised if I stayed here again myself.

"Great Location! Comfortable and cute."
My husband and I and 2 teenageers stayed in the lower pantages apartment. The location was perfect! We loved it. The apartment is just like the picture so no surprises. It feels very comfy and cozy. Everything we needed (towels, blankets, kitchen supplies) was there for us. Everything was pretty clean too. Hardwood floors throughout (which I love!) but it makes it a bit dusty sometimes. We didnt mind. Check-in was the best ever as I did not have to organize a meeting time since you get a code to let yourself in. The views are very cute and the master bedroom with all of the windows was lovely! Great Hollywood Farmers Market every Sunday was walking distance away. Couple of blocks. Also, ceiling fans throughout. I love ceiling fans! My only complaints are: There is no remote for the DVD player, some of the electrical outlets did not work, and there is no TV in the master bedroom. But these things did not warrant a bad rating in my opinion. I would defintely go back to this place if I am in la again.

Appartment is clean and fairly spacious with nice patio area. Towels, bed linen and kitchenware included. Central Hollyood location near to Boulevard.
