Over the years, Hollywood has undergone a Renaissance from faded glory to its current status of hip and trendy. The home is in the Hollywood Dell area at the base of the Hollywood Hills. Considered one of L.A.s' premium residential neighborhoods by Los Angeles Magazine, the area was originally established in the 1920's. This well maintained, generally upscale area is quiet, yet close to all the action. With an active and friendly Community Association, the area is rated the safest urban neighborhood (Cahuenga 90068). It is also dog friendly as long as you scoop the poop. We will do our best to make your stay enjoyable and memorable.

My family and I were very pleased with our stay as well as its host, Kevin. He was very accommodating, easy to contact and deal with. The home was clean, nicely decorated and a wonderful location for our vacation. My favorite thing was the beautiful smell of the flowers in the evening. I would definitely stay here again. Great location, the house was very clean, the owner lived nearby if we had any problems.Great having a washer and dryer nearby, no problems with parking you have your own spot ,Very comfortable house I would go there again with no reservation at all

One of the things that I've learned doing vacation rentals for over 2 years now is that preparing the home for guests includes an al together level of clean than we might do for ourselves. I'm glad that my guests noticed and appreciated the effort we put into our home so that our guests have a perfect vacation, at least from the housing side.

Cute house and easy location. Mary Ann and Bob were very friendly and helpful while still giving us space and privacy. We're so happy to have found our Hollywood "home", we'll definitely be coming back!!
