This lovely bright and airy corner apartment is located in an attractive, low-rise spanish style building located in the historical district of Hollywood Beach, just steps from the beach and broadwalk.

Yet, despite being in an historical building, this condo has been completely updated and has hard wood floors throughout except for the kitchen which has Mexican tile in addition to the all new appliances. Guests can enjoy the inviting gentle breezes on the balcony of this second floor unit or inside, but don't worry, there is air-conditioning as well.

View the blue waters of the ocean and white sand beach from your bedroom window and escape to South Florida's best kept secret. This fully furnished vacation condo has everything you need to have a terrific holiday in Hollywood Beach.

Hollywood Beach is known for its Broadwalk which has just been extensively over-hauled so that the brick lined streets which parallel the white sands of Hollywood Beach are lined with mom and pop restaurants, stores plus lots of activities abound. Rent bikes, go roller-blading, fishing, diving, skiing, shell picking, whatever you want.

Not far away you have the Gulfstream racetrack and casino, golf,museums and art galleries..There is always something to do or nothing at all in Hollywood Beach which is why guests keep coming back year after year to stay at our condo which offers a step back in time to an older Florida where one can take the time to enjoy a sunrise or lie on a beach taking in the sights and sounds of people enjoying themselves.

Unfortunately I was not able to stay at this property because of a conflict in schedules. However, the owner went out of her way to connect me with others to accommodate my needs. In the future I will plan better and rent from this incredible owner!
