Located on peaceful North Hollywood beach, there is not public parking, which means the beach is somewhat private. There is always plenty of room for your blanket or beach chair and we still have a lifeguard on duty.

A GREAT TIME

We have a great time, the place was clean and the owner and manager are very kindly. We were very near to the beach,some days the beach was only for us. The days were awsome. The groceries stores are minutes from the motel. We recommend the place and we will be back soon.

We had a great time on our trip, thanks to the great location of the rental units. We were travelling with young kids and were glad to be so close to the beach which allowed us to spend most of our time there. We were slightly disappointed that there's no cable (1 english channel and 1 spanish channel) and no telephone as it was annouced on the website. We had to ask people around to let us call taxis... The owner and other residents were very helpful! Overall, a great stay!
