Excessive cleaning fee is charged if the house is not left floor swept, garbage emptied and in otherwise reasonably clean condition. Rental rate of $1700 is due in CASH upon arrival. No pets No smoking within the apartment. $100 fee for non-compliance.

We Inquired But The Unit Had Been Rented For This Season [2009-2010]. We Did Rent Thru You Two Years Ago And Everything Was Execllent,however This Season That Particular Unit Was Sold To A Perminent Occupant.
