The condo was very well cared for and very nice. The view was absolutely beautiful. You could look down on the pool or watch the ocean and the people on the ocean. The condo had been renovated and we were the first ones to stay after the renovation. The owners arrived in town and checked with us to make sure that everything was fine. They were very helpful and very nice and enjoyable people. They followed up in a timely manner with the few issues we had. These issues were not their problems but problems with the satellite company and the TV in the master bedroom. Also the theater room in the building was not working and that was not corrected before we left. We did get to use the game room in the building and that was nice. We would have appreciated having permanent lights in the two bedrooms as there were only desk top lamps available in the bedrooms. This is the first time we have stayed in a condo so it was a new experience for our family. However, I would recommend talking to Roza and Eugene about staying in their property if you are staying near Hollywood, Fl.

We had such an amazing getaway and the view/access to the beach was just perfect. The owner was so accommodating and checked in with us before and after our stay. This is a great place for a family vacation. We would rent this place again in a heartbeat!

Easter in Florida - not the last time

We decided quite late to go to Florida for Easter. Having been involved in a internet scam previously we did a lot of checking to make sure that it was actually the owners who were trying to rent out their apartment. When we finally got to the apartment - everything was in order and we were fortunate to be met by one of the family. The apartment was exactly as the pictures show. It was located on the 5th floor and the view was fantastic. We had sun on the balcony in the mornings - and enjoyed breakfast outdoors. In the afternoons we enjoyed the shade. It is always quite exciting to see what the beds are like - and if the rooms are noisy or not. We slept extremely well - the beds were comfortable and the rooms were quiet. When renting there are always a few things that don't work - or don't work like you expect them to. These were quickly put in order. Since we all rely on the internet to keep up to date on our mail and to do last minute holiday planning we really appreciated that there was a good wireless internet connection. We liked the location - it is easy to get to - and not much traffic to and from the interstate and the A1A. There are shops nearby - also restaurants. We enjoyed a couple of evenings at The Village at Gulfstream Park. The best was the Yard House with a huge selection of beers. We also drove up to Hollywood and tried restaurants on the Broadwalk and also downtown. We had been recommended eating at Joseph on the water - but it was difficult to find and when we finally did get there it was closed - so check first. Every day we spent a little time on the beach as well as by the pool. We appreciated the fact that the apartment had beach chairs and parasols for us to use. We were out relatively early (before 10) so we had no trouble finding places by the pool. The gardens were extremely well kept. We felt very secure in the building. We saw security both in the garage, outdoors and indoors. All in all we had a very enjoyable holiday.

We rented this apartment for 12 nights stay in early April. The apartment is fabulous. It's spacious - two bedrooms, each one sleeps up to 4 people and the convertible sofa can accommodate another two people in the living room. The view from the balcony is fantastic! Pictures don't do the full justice - it's really a postcard-perfect ocean and pool/garden view! The apartment is very nicely furnished and decorated. Kitchen is very well equipped. You can find all you need and more - dishes, glasses, cookware, linens, lots of towels, beach chairs and umbrella, even toys for children. The location is fantastic - beautiful buildings and close to everything. You need a car for getting around ofcourse, but that's the US. The beautiful Westin Diplomat hotel is close by and you could walk there. There is a nice area opposite of the hotel on the intracoastal canal with couple of restos. Otherwise, plenty of good quality inexpensive restaurants are just 5 minutes drive away on Hallandale Blvrd. There are also plenty of supermarkets, cafes, stores and so on. The Tides building is very well kept, clean and secure. Mostly, there are elderly people and families with kids out at the pool during work days. It's easy to get a chair by the pool, and even on the beach - the chairs and umbrellas there are not free but nobody actually asked us to pay. The owner was not there but easy to reach by phone and very nice and attentive if you need anything. Overall, great place to spend vacation!A++++
