We are surrounded by great dining, shopping and entertainment. 10 min to Aventura mall; 25 to Sawgrass Mills; 20 to South Beach, 5 min to Hollywood Beach Broadwalk. Walmart (open 24 hours) is only 4 minutes away. Our building offers gym facilities, 24 hour Security, heated swimming pool, and beach access.
